I have been very pleased with both the overall care and also the care worker who is professional and caring with looking after my requirements. They show me both kindness and dignity with nothing being too much trouble. I am very happy with this care provider.

Forever Care Ltd (Walsall) is an excellent care agency that provides outstanding care and support within the community. As I have found them to be very fast in setting up my support with my care tailored to my needs. They have given me a very good team of workers and are really cost-effective. Care staff at Forever Care Walsall Ltd have been very kind and helpful when supporting my sister since she was discharged from hospital and she is now making a fully expected recovery. Will forever be grateful to their team during such a trying time.

Overall Experience

The Manager and her team made it possible for me to continue living in my own home by helping with personal care, meals, washing, access to the community. They treat me with dignity and provide extra care when necessary and I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall Experience

Forever Care set very high standards in the care they provided. Forever Care has a great team from the care manager to the admin, they have shown professionalism from the start to finish. My mum has complex issues and from the beginning, these were addressed with courtesy and diligence. I would recommend Forever Care to all those who require dedicated care for their loved ones.
