Apollo Care (Flintshire)

The manager and his staff have been carers for my mum and her late husband. I personally witnessed the care that was provided to my mum. They were all so kind, caring, compassionate and treated my mum with the dignity that she deserved. They all went above and beyond what was expected, nothing was too much trouble. I hope that if I ever need caring for, that I receive the same standard that the manager and his team provided.

I am very impressed with Apollo Care, they are very caring for my husband and treat him with dignity and he enjoys his conversations and company. They are very helpful and show respect to both of us. I feel they go above and beyond to help, they always are on time and if not they message us.

I would definitely recommend them and if I ever need care for my mum again I will definitely use them.

Excellent all round support and care. Very friendly and adaptable staff, who Mum is very fond of. Nice they try to take Mum for walks, hopefully, more over time. They have transported Mum to groups and the doctor - much appreciated. Almost like part of the family. Helpful and happy.

The service covers my needs to keep me in my own home and is flexible when needs be.

I felt very reassured that Dad was being attended to by the Apollo team. They never failed to inform me if they had any concerns about Dad. They always treated him with the utmost dignity and respect and were always pleasant and courteous to myself and my brother. I would recommend the Apollo team to anyone requiring home care.
