Generally, my carer arrives on time, though recently, there have been a number of unexpected changes, and I become anxious on the occasions when I don't know who's coming or the carer arrives late (though usually a reason given). I like the people I have had from Serve Homecare; they are always happy for me to explain what I like or need them to do. Although I am deaf, I can usually understand what they say. I certainly plan to stay with Serve Homecare.

I have been with this company for nearly a year after having a bad fall down the stairs. We have found all the carers that have attended have been very friendly and courteous; they have treated me with respect and dignity. I used to have four calls a day with two carers each time, but now I only have two calls, one in the morning to help me wash and dress and one in the evening to get ready for bed. I would recommend this company; they are all very good.

My mother has a carer visit every morning to help her with personal care. We could not be more pleased with the service Serve Homecare have given us. The young ladies are all cheerful, efficient, and willing to help in any way necessary. They care about their service users. We, as a family, are grateful for the service they provide, as it gives our mother extra support each day.
The manager is always available when we ring, and the staff at the office are very pleasant.

We highly recommend this company.

I have had carers since 2003, and Serve Homecare are the most competent carers I have had. They arrived with a smile every day and provide my personal care with dignity and a higher level of care; they then provide domiciliary care and go above and beyond my requirements.
