The team at Serve Homecare really helped us navigate through an incredibly difficult time when our Dad had a life changing stroke last year. The support he / we received was brilliant and the level of care that was given enabled us to feel confident that Dad could remain at home for as long as possible. I got to know a lot of the office staff as well as the carers and I can honestly say nothing was too much trouble for them. If you are in need of a care provider give them a call as we had a very positive experience with them.

Both my elderly parents came out of hospital in October needing carers
They were quite independent when they went into hospital and were very wary of having people in and out their home and were very against having to be cared for however after meeting all these lovely carers they are so grateful for the help.
Every one of the carers are so lovely kind and caring.
The people in the office, the team leader everyone I've had any contact with are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Thank you Serve Homecare I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Thank you so much for your lovely review.

We know how challenging it can be adjusting to care after a hospital stay, so its really reassuring to hear your parents felt comfortable and supported by our carers. Your kind words about both our care team and office staff mean a great deal to us.

Thank you for trusting Serve Homecare and for your recommendation.

We reached out to Serve Homecare to start giving our mum some home support in the morning and at tea time each day. She was reluctant but accepted it, as it was reassuring to the wider family. The initial assessment was very friendly and understanding that on occasion mum may just want someone to sit and chat. Mum was able to tell the carers what she wanted, although we did try and articulate all tasks so they were on the carers list on arrival. Over the year plus the carers were wonderful and struck up real friendships with mum and she looked forward to their arrival. As her needs changed I found it easy to reach out to the managers who would alter the information the carers received, they were always contactable.

Sadly mum's health took a downturn but even as her needs escalated Serve Homecare were able to be flexible and help us in meeting her needs and allowing us to support her in remaining at home. I would highly recommend this company, our experience with them has been positive.

I have had carers for several months, and they are all so kind, helpful and friendly, helping me with meals at home and jobs around the house. I was in the hospital earlier this year and then went to a rest home. At first, I thought that I could manage when I got home, but I couldn't, and it is great for my family to know that I receive twice-a-day visits from the care team. You are all great, and I am very happy. Thank you.

We would highly recommend Serve, my mum loved the carers & built a fantastic relationship with many of them. My mum had many falls & the carers went above & beyond on many occasions to ensure she was looked after until my sister or myself could get there (we both live an hour way). Unfortunately mum has had to go into long term care, but I would have them back in a heartbeat, such lovely caring staff.

My family and I have been using this service for about a year and I have no complaints. This service has accommodated our mother's changing needs, including being mindful about ensuring that we have a consistent carer. The carers we have received have been reliable, punctual, and most of all friendly. Thank you Serve Homecare. In addition, the director of care has been extremely helpful with corresponding about our mother's ongoing care, and has made the process incredibly seamless. Thank you all!
