The two ladies who are the primary team for Dad, have an excellent rapport with dad and understanding of his needs, humour, bad days and everything in between.
The rest of the team are getting to understand Dad and making excellent progress with him.

Serve Homecare carers have visited my elderly mother twice a day since September 2024. She was very nervous about having 'strangers' coming into her home to start. She has however found them to be friendly and caring individuals, so she now looks forward to their arrival. They are very good at helping
her to maintain as much independence as possible and are happy to turn their hand to whatever she wants done on that day. Help with showering, dressing, putting the washing on, getting light meals or just having a chat. As a family, we would highly recommend them.

My family and I have been using this service for about a year and I have no complaints. This service has accommodated our mother's changing needs, including being mindful about ensuring that we have a consistent carer. The carers we have received have been reliable, punctual, and most of all friendly.

I would like to thank everyone at Serve Homecare who was involved with my husband's care. They always showed my husband kindness, understanding, and compassion. They were also very kind to me at a very difficult time in my husband's illness and would do what they could to accommodate him and myself.

Very nice team of carers. All very sociable and helpful when I had a hospital appointment. Very helpful adjusting times and letting themselves in and doing extra for my husband. When carers are held up, it would be very helpful having a call. My husband finds it hard when they keep changing call times.
