I would like to thank everyone at Serve Homecare who was involved with my husband's care. They always showed my husband kindness, understanding, and compassion. They were also very kind to me at a very difficult time in my husband's illness and would do what they could to accommodate him and myself. Sadly my husband has now passed away but I will be ever grateful for your help.

Very nice team of carers. All very sociable and helpful when I had a hospital appointment. Very helpful adjusting times and letting themselves in and doing extra for my husband. When carers are held up, it would be very helpful having a call. My husband finds it hard when they keep changing call times.

As a family, we could not be happier with every aspect of care for our mum. From the level of response from the office staff, the adaptability of care and most of all, the kindness of care and support Mum receives daily from the wonderful care staff at Serve Homecare. Thank you all.

We have been using the cleaning service for over six months now and we’re really happy with the service. The cleaning is always done to a very high standard and covers all areas we have asked. The staff are always really friendly and do an excellent job, particularly the quality and compliance lead.

I have cared for my mother for the past 6 years, doing everything for her. However, following a fall, she became unable to weight bare so I needed to have carers to come in. I was concerned about handing over some of her care to an outside agency, but I need not have worried. The carers are wonderful - caring, kind, gentle with Mum and work hard to help her understand what they are doing. They are always cheerful, pleasant and hard working. I am so pleased that we decided to use Serve Homecare.

I, as the client's wife, have come to rely on our carer. I don’t know how I could manage without her now. She enables me to get my day off to a decent start, taking away the hassle of having to prepare my husband for his day. I have nothing but praise for giving us both a cheerful start to our day.

Very pleased with the service provided. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. My father was very comfortable with the carer you supplied and was complimentary about how safe he felt in her care.

This is my first experience of having carers to help with my daily routine. I have been attended to by quite a few different carers, and for the most part they have done a reasonable job. Some however do rather less than others, not that that has become a problem, but it's a pity that a consistent standard hasn't been achieved. Overall, I have enjoyed their company and conversation while they carry out their caring duties. I will miss my daily contact with them when my contract comes to an end.

Can't thank your staff enough for everything they did for my mother in her last days. Not only did they go above and beyond, but made her last days better for not only her but for us a family too. They were a great comfort and support for us during a very difficult time. Cannot fault the service at all!

The care provided to both my mum and partner was brilliant, especially when her partner was taken into hospital. I knew my mum was being well looked after.
All the people we met were so friendly and genuine and took the time to talk with my mum.

Serve Homecare do a fantastic job in really difficult circumstances! We have a double up team that attend our mother four times a day, seven days a week. I can honestly say that in my experience, whenever I’ve met the team, they go above and beyond and provide excellent care to our mother.

Serve Homecare have been taking care of my mum at home since August when she was discharged from Addenbrookes on a palliative care package. From before the actual discharge to delivering care, Serve Homecare has been attentive and has engaged with us at every step of the way. Everyone, including the manager, the people who answer the phone and those who deliver the care, are amazing. Serve Homecare truly puts the service user and their family at the heart of all they do. Their openness and availability at all times, together with a whole family approach, is what makes their care genuinely person-centred. My mum could not be in better hands.
