The carers are all friendly and helpful and professional too. They treat my dad with respect and also help out around the house on occasion. They have never missed a day and will always ring if they know they are running late. The team leader is helpful and pops in to check everything is ok.

My dad needs four visits per day and requires two carers per visit. All carers are kind and patient and speak to my dad so nicely. There are three carers, in particular; however, they are like superheroes, in our opinion. They are just incredible, and their level of care and kindness goes above and beyond every visit. They are also very good at talking to my mum and making her feel settled too. Serve definitely shine compared to other agencies we have used, and the dedication, hardwork and care that these carers show day in, day-out is unparalleled. Well done, everyone.

Excellent overall communication from the company. My father is happy with the carers who visit. They spend time chatting with him, preparing a meal and ensuring he takes his medication - everything we have asked them to do. Initially, we had a small issue with carers arriving earlier than agreed meaning his evening meal and medication were given too early. But after a discussion with the company, this has settled down now.

Serve Homecare provided my uncle with the critical support required when he was discharged from the hospital, as he was totally unable to look after himself. His food was provided outsourced daily. Serve Homecare has been very accommodating and understanding as his needs changed.

We are very happy with the care that they give my mum, very efficient, caring, friendly, chatty, and gentle (as she has a condition that's prone to bruising and cellulitis). Also, it would be nice to get the odd phone call or text if the carers were running late (especially the morning visit).

I would say they are well worth the money as it allows my parents to be together in their own home. My father requires personal care, and the carers use a hoist to transfer my father from bed to chair and vice versa.

We have been very satisfied with the care and attention given to us while looking after my husband. Nothing is too much trouble, and he loves two members of staff especially.

Good care, pleasant, cherish carers. You have provided me with care for nearly a year - no complaints. Still no roster - care visit times vary. Have to keep phoning to get visit times. Would prefer my three visit times - 7.30 - 8.00 am, 1.00 - 1.30 pm and 8.00 - 8.30 pm. Thank you.

No complaints - friendly and caring staff, call at a regular time every day.
We have been using Serve Homecare for the past eight weeks to look after my mum after she had a very nasty fall and was bedbound. The care that she has received has been fantastic. All of the carers treat my mum with care and compassion. Nothing has ever been too much to ask. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that requires carers, either for themselves or a loved one.
Serve Homecare has been looking after me since I became bedridden. I have always found them to be kind, caring, friendly and very efficient. The office staff are helpful and easy to contact. When district nurses or GPs visit, they have commented on the high level of care given to me and myself, and my family are very happy with all the staff. I feel safe and well cared for; they talk to me and listen to me, and will always have a smile. I am happy that they will take the time to make sure we as a family are all ok.

Generally, my carer arrives on time, though recently, there have been a number of unexpected changes, and I become anxious on the occasions when I don't know who's coming or the carer arrives late (though usually a reason given). I like the people I have had from Serve Homecare; they are always happy for me to explain what I like or need them to do. Although I am deaf, I can usually understand what they say. I certainly plan to stay with Serve Homecare.

I have been with this company for nearly a year after having a bad fall down the stairs. We have found all the carers that have attended have been very friendly and courteous; they have treated me with respect and dignity. I used to have four calls a day with two carers each time, but now I only have two calls, one in the morning to help me wash and dress and one in the evening to get ready for bed. I would recommend this company; they are all very good.

The manager is always available when we ring, and the staff at the office are very pleasant.
