I cannot fault any of the services provided to my mother by Serve Homecare. The initial phone call put my mind at ease after having another company that O was dissatisfied with, the interview to assess my mum was polite and caring, and I knew straight away my mum was going to have the best care. The
careers that came in were polite and caring, introduced themselves to my mum and asked how she was. Every time they came in, they told her everything they were about to do and did it with so much love and care; I knew from the start my mu knew she was in safe hands. The carers pointed out everything they thought needed to be addressed, and action was taken straight away. Not only did they take care of my mum, but they also made sure I was alright, especially when my mum passed; they didn't hesitate to come back to make sure I was on and wasn't on my own. Well done, Serve Homecare. I would recommend you to anyone that needed a loved one taken care of.

I’m very happy with my carers and their service - being on palliative home care with no mobility, they are very understanding. I’m 55 years old, and to be honest, the mature carers are my favourites - no offence to anyone else; it’s just feeling comfortable.
The service is so reliable and adaptable
at the same time.
My personal hygiene was my biggest issue, and this is all sorted out now.

Serve was recommended to us by a friend when we were looking for care for my mum, who has Dementia. From the start, they have been efficient and caring. When our needs changed during an emergency, they were flexible and very supportive.
The care Mum has received has been of a very high standard, and
Mum saw the carers as friends. They have lifted her spirits during periods when she has been quite anxious and have worked with my dad to support my mum.
I have found the payment system very efficient and have had no problems.
The staff are very polite, caring and well presented.

Because our mum's dementia has taken away many opportunities for social interaction, she has been regularly visited by a carer several times a week in recent months. The carers are professional, encouraging, caring ladies who take the time to sit and engage with her and who provide her with a friendly
face that she recognises and is happy to see. The carers also provide help with her personal care, which is much appreciated.

In general, the overall care is very good. The main problem we have is the rota as the times and the carer change, but the client is not notified, and we then end up contacting home service to find out why the carer is late.

My wife changed from having one visit a day to four, each with two carers following a spell in the hospital; happily, the care, attention and kindness she had previously experienced continued despite many new faces and ages. The carers, without exception, are respectful, kind and cheerful, so each visit
is as pleasant an experience as is possible in the circumstances.

Currently experiencing very good, efficient and sympathetic care. Very easy to contact the office to talk through problems, issues or questions. The staff are lovely. All of them are well-trained, very knowledgeable, caring and accommodating. All in all, a good experience so far.

Service provided each day has been great and much appreciated. Very, very friendly and chatty carers who help both of us. Always know within reason when they will be coming, so also helps with managing other "jobs" around the calls.

From the start of Mum receiving care, the team have been fantastic, even calling after hours to check on how everything is going. All the caring staff that visit Mum have been understanding and tolerant of Mum, who can be non-complaint and difficult at times.
Two particular carers have been very good
and professional at all times, they are both very patient with Mum, and it's a pleasure hearing them talk and work with Mum to get her to do as she is told; both are a credit to the company.
All the carers I have seen have been understanding and helpful; the team on the end of the phone are always very helpful and acknowledges some of us don't understand the process of caring and are finding some days hard.

The carers are all friendly and helpful and professional too. They treat my dad with respect and also help out around the house on occasion. They have never missed a day and will always ring if they know they are running late. The team leader is helpful and pops in to check everything is ok.

Recognising his dedication and expertise, Jamie was promoted to Finance Officer, where he plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and transparent communication of pay and billing information with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.


Jamie has established clear procedures and effective communication channels with all external stakeholders, while also driving innovation in back-office processes to streamline our financial services.
