The staff from Violet Home Care are very friendly and caring. I cannot fault them at all. Mum has been looked after by them for nearly 3 months now and she is very pleased with the level of care she is receiving.

I feel I would be able to recommend this company to anyone. The young ladies sometimes need direction but are always willing.
It is the most professional place that I have ever experienced. I love the girls. One takes me out on a Wednesday to the town and I love the driver too. They take all my rubbish down. They cream my legs, heels, and feet. They change my sheets and make my bed. They make me tea and toast in the mornings. They do anything that I ask. I have no complaints - only praise.

My wife is very happy with the carers who treat her with dignity and respect. Always has the door closed in the bathroom. If I need to raise anything I will call the office. I have recently raised a couple of requests and this has been dealt with quickly.

We are really pleased with the care that Violet Home Care provide to my Mum who is bed-bound, the staff are caring, friendly and respectful to Mum and the family. Support from the management team is excellent, with advice and guidance available at any time.
We are very pleased with the care my mother has been receiving from Violet Home Care. All the girls are great that come regularly. When we have a issue whatever it may be, I will speak to management and we work through the problem to resolve the situation which is so important to me as Mum has dementia and they are used to dealing with clients with this. Violet Home Care have provided very good care for my elderly relative. The staff are friendly, considerate and helpful; they have been prepared to go the extra mile at times when issues have arisen. My relative had no complaints at all to make when I asked him, he looks forward to his carers' visits.

I acknowledge who comes each day - their name and their arrival time. They are very punctual and when they leave, I feel happy with the carers and the experience on the whole. Sometimes there is an English barrier, which is understandable. The owner rings us and sometimes looks in on us which is good backup. I feel they give me privacy in the bathroom and wait outside the closed door. They are very patient with me. Very gentle and polite. Happy with the three girls that come, all respectful and smiling.

The team at Violet Home Care is first-rate. Nothing is too much trouble for the management and their team. The team has been looking after my ninety-two year old aunt for nearly a year now. All of the care-givers are pleasant and take time to get to know my aunt. They visit three times a day at present and have done extra shifts when medication requires it. They are quick to answer my calls or messages and always accommodate anything I ask. Without Violet Home Care I'm not sure how my aunt could've continued to live independently. If you're looking for a care company who really do care, then look no further than Violet Home Care. Exceptional patient care at its best.

I would strongly recommend Violet Home Care. The staff members are lovely and very caring. Mum was very happy to see them every morning. I called them when Mum slid out of her armchair and I couldn’t get her up myself and a gentleman who works for Violet Home Care came straight over, he is brilliant, he called us when he heard there was a problem with Mum's bed and he came straight over and fixed the bed for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The team at Violet Home Care have been looking after my 96-year-old father since Nov 2022. The carers are polite, respectful of my father's needs and have always visited at the agreed times, currently 4 times per day, 7 days per week. I know I can speak to them if I have any feedback about Dad's care, and they have always been quick to respond positively.
We have only had them for a few months but we are pleased with the service they provide and the help that they give to my husband.
This review relates to when my husband returned home after being in hospital for six weeks. Everything was arranged for carers to attend my husband, three visits a day every day plus three-night visits. Always kind and attentive and gentle when the situation called for it. They are well turned out and punctual. Every effort was made to preserve his dignity and always with a sense of humour.
I cannot express the level of satisfaction that I feel knowing that Violet Home Care staff are always polite and supportive to me - I could not do without their care and skill. I look forward to their visits every day and I know my 90-year-old wife has the best support for her mobility.
