Whilst my Mum was only under Caremark for a short time I cannot fault their organization skills and the warmth of their staff. My Mum went from 2 visits to 4 per day in a couple of days, needing 2 carers, and great service.
I am very happy with my care. The young ladies are very nice and I look forward to seeing them each day.
Happy with everything. Happy with carers. They are very good.
I feel so supported as a carer to my mum who has advanced Alzheimer’s and dementia they help me enormously with peace of mind.
An invaluable team of people who are extremely professional.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The wonderful Caremark carers helped me when my mum was near the end. They not only were so caring and compassionate with her, but also with me and my dad. I cannot thank them enough. Also, I cannot thank their care coordinator enough. I, at times, didn't know how to cope and she just talked me through it. Now more stress with Dad, but I cannot be more grateful and he really enjoys the company and the food! I live a long way from Dad, but am doing all I can and to have Caremark helping me means the world. I cannot thank them enough.
All the carers are very diligent and interested in their clients. They try to engage in conversation if appropriate and are friendly. They are mostly on time and try to keep to their schedule if possible. Thanks to them all for doing their job so well through all the Covid difficulties.
