From the moment we engaged 360 Circle of Care to my brother's death (nearly 2 years later), we were impressed with their willingness to do everything in their power to assist my brother to live as independently as possible. Good communication was key, both between my brother and our family. The team was always reviewing my brother's needs, which became more complex as his illness progressed. The care team rose to the many challenges and in particular, were very mindful of my brother's safety. As a family, we were impressed with the dedication shown by the care team towards my brother, particularly as his care needs increased. It was always a relief to know when the carers were with my brother. It always felt like the care team was supporting us, as a family, too, which was a great help in the last months of my brother's life. We are deeply grateful for the care my brother received from the manager and his team at 360 Circle of Care.
