My grandparent started care in November. Care went from once a week to daily with my grandparents enjoying all the ladies that visit them. My nan has started eating better and even accepting help for showering which has been quite a challenge in the family. Couldn't recommend the care form Visiting Angels anymore.

The facilities are clean, well maintained, and designed to support residents' safety and mobility. Her room is comfortable, bright, and welcoming, helping her feel settled and at ease. The communal areas are warm and inviting, offering both social spaces and quiet areas for rest.
The staff are truly exceptional. They are kind, patient, and respectful, always taking the time to listen and care for our grandmother with genuine compassion. She is treated as an individual, not just a resident, which has greatly improved her confidence and wellbeing. The team support her daily needs while encouraging independence wherever possible.
Communication with the family has been excellent, giving us reassurance and peace of mind. We would highly recommend this care home to other families.

Visiting Angels has supported our family over a few very difficult years. They have been kind, caring and willing to do whatever I required at the time. My parent's needs could change at very short notice, and they have always reacted quickly to any changes I’ve requested. They have provided peace of mind at times when I was unable to visit my parents.

Visiting Angels treat me as a human being, are friendly and helpful and keen to ensure they are doing what I want done in the manner I would do it. They are invaluable.
The carers are taking good care of my husband and are a great help to me - picking up prescriptions or other things I need. Making sure we have what we need for the day and taking out rubbish from the bins.
Visiting Angels have been looking after Mum for a number of months now. The level of care is outstanding and the team are always on hand to help, provide solutions and recommendations to help Mum's wellbeing. Mum enjoys their visit and the extra companionship this has provided. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels to assist with the care of loved ones and I can confirm that the care is excellent. This has helped to ease some of my worries as I know the team will keep a close eye on my mum. We keep in touch regularly and they let me know if there are concerns straight away.
Extremely good company. All staff very helpful and caring. Mum is very happy as she sees the same people during visits and this is very reassuring for her. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for care for yourself or a relative.
