The care mum receives is a actually god send for her and myself. Without the carers mum would of left on floor longer from when she frequently falls. They make sure she's been fed and take care of household duties, they are angels in disguise, I don't know what we would do without them.

The carers looked after her beautifully and update me regularly with any queries or concerns. The access to the electronic care plan was ideal as I live some distance away and gave additional reassurance.

I would recommend Patkay Care Services if asked.

I was recommended this care company when I was researching care companies after having bad experience with my father's care from another company. From the first initial meeting my mum felt at ease as did I. She was allocated two carers who were both amazing they treated her with respect and dignity. In fact all the carers were trained to a high standard. On a couple of occasions they had to call an ambulance for mum, the carers stayed with her until the paramedics took over her care, and management kept me informed. If you are looking for a care company for a loved one please give this company a try. It is more than a job for this company, they truly care. Since mum sadly passed away, I have still had support from the manager, and I will be forever grateful.

When looking for care for Mum we were lucky enough to find Patkay who also came highly recommended by someone else we know, we tried the 6-week trial and they have all been so lovely, caring and attentive to Mum even on her grumpy days, they are extremely understanding and really care for their patients. We recently had the review in August and we didn't hesitate that we want to stay with them, mum is happy with the level of care and so are we, they take the pressure off me and my sister since the loss of our dad in July, we have faced a very difficult summer this year and Patkay have been fabulous at keeping us all going and supporting mum with her grief, we would highly recommend Patkay, 100% friendly, 100% trustworthy and I love that they have an app which notifies you of which staff to expect, and to also upload any information we feel Patkay should know about mum and vice versa. Thank you to the manager and her wonderful caring team for taking great care of mum.

They have looked after my mother, who can be a bit difficult. We tailored the care package for her, for instance using older staff who wouldn't accept her obstructive behaviour. My mother has benefited from the structure she now has. Recommended.

My father became very ill in February, and my 85-year-old mother was unable to care for him. Patkay's efficient, friendly and professional staff were there to help -always in a kind, dignified and compassionate way. Both my parents appreciated them enormously, and my mother especially appreciated the emotional support they were able to give her, making it possible for my father to spend his last days at home, in comfort, with people he trusted.

Patkay looked after my wife from December 2021 until her death. The carers visited four times a day, and were always friendly. Sometimes they could get her to laugh, which was good to hear as she was sometimes in pain. They would always go beyond the minimum, persuading her to eat or drink and doing their best to make her comfortable, as well as turning on the TV and adjusting the programmes or sound level to suit her.

Patkay took over the care of my father-in-law after I was unhappy with the service he was previously receiving. The company and carers always give the best care to my father-in-law. They are friendly and polite and I often hear laughter coming from his room. My father-in-law has just recently been offered his own bungalow so will be moving out in the next week and I’m happy and confident that they will continue to take good care of him in his own property. I’ll miss our morning chats but hoping to see them when I’m visiting my father-in-law.

Pleased how they have helped my mum in so many ways and the boss is very easy to talk to with any concerns. The care staff will help you with any concerns besides listening to your views regarding your parent or family member. if any concerns are raised about your loved one they will let you know immediately.

Yes they help me with my back pain being so bad by making my life easier. And make sure my life goes smooth by making my food when I can’t walk so far. Doing a good job and then you do my shopping and then I can get fed.

The service my mum has received from Patkay has been excellent. The carers are very kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have picked up prescriptions, brought fish and chips and have sat and fed Mum when she wasn’t feeding herself. They always treat her with respect and inform me straight away if they have any concerns about her health or well-being. With the experience we’ve had with Patkay, we could highly recommend them.

To watch her interact with the carer who came to see her when I was there showed that my mum was relaxed with the carer and was comfortable with her helping her. I know it’s only been a couple of months but I have had no complaints up to now and feel I can now breathe again knowing mum is being well cared for.

The staff are punctual, polite, patient, flexible and above all else caring staff.

Lovely ladies, can’t do enough for my wife. They make us both laugh and are very caring. Always ask if I’m ok. Very polite.

I will be using their service again and would recommend it to anyone in need of care services.
