Marcelo's passion for providing quality care for the local community in East Barnet is reinforced by his 20 years of management experience working in the hospitality industry. He has an extensive and impressive career history which makes him perfect for the care sector.
Opening a care agency covering the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey area is the next big step in his career.
Marcelo and his team of highly trained carers offer compassionate person-centred care for a range of needs and conditions to enable their clients to continue to live independently at home.

We would like to introduce you to Sally Kamara, Care Manager for Walfinch East Barnet.
She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and also for ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive, effective, and well-led. Sally is the key point of contact for carers, clients, and their families and promotes each client’s well-being at all times.
Sally has over 20 years of experience in the care sector, working in a variety of roles including carer, care coordinator, care supervisor, and care manager. Having spent time at all levels of the care industry, Sally understands both the needs of clients and Care Professionals. This understanding of both the client and the carer makes her the perfect fit for the role.
Sally believes in person-centred care, tailored to the individual and ensuring their wishes and needs are met whilst also maintaining respect, dignity and independence.
“I believe that being a carer and working in the care sector is more than just a job. Many of us will get older and require support, or have someone close to us who does, and I keep this in mind when setting up and delivering care for others. Helping others comes with many rewards, and it's nice to know that you have made a difference in someone's life.”
We are pleased to introduce Samara Fraga, Care Coordinator at Walfinch East Barnet.
Samara plays a key role in coordinating the daily care rota, carefully matching clients with the most suitable Care Professionals based on their individual needs. She also manages staff capacity and turnover, ensuring we have a skilled and sufficient workforce to provide consistent, high-quality care.
Her responsibilities include supporting a healthy work-life balance for our carers by assigning appropriate hours and locations, and fostering continuity of care for our clients. By building dedicated pools of carers for each client, Samara helps promote familiarity and trust, leading to greater satisfaction and comfort for those receiving care.
In addition, Samara oversees a range of quality assurance activities, including supervisions, spot checks, client assessments, care reviews, and audits of care logs, notes, and medication records. She works closely with both our HR and Audit teams to maintain high standards of care delivery across all aspects of the service.
With her comprehensive approach and commitment to person-centred care, Samara is a valued member of the Walfinch East Barnet team.
