Alina Homecare Leatherhead

Can't rate Alina highly enough. The carers are incredible, so kind, so efficient, and always cheerful and positive. My father, who is 94, adores them. No problem is insurmountable for them and I feel my father is safe and well cared for. I also feel the carers actually do care about him, which is worth more than anything. Alina is expensive but you get what you pay for and they are worth it.

Very impressed with Alina Homecare! My father needs help at home as he's now 94 yrs so I had a ring round for help and thankfully came across Alina Homecare. They have been so helpful and supportive. It’s a very daunting task having to find care for your relative and everyone has different needs and there are a lot of agencies out there so finding the right agency is scary. The carers are polite, caring and work extremely hard to make sure my father is safe and cared for properly. Can’t rate highly enough how good they are. Give them a ring and speak to the manageress who will help you with all your needs and questions. Thank you to you all for putting my mind at rest and knowing when I walk away and leave my father in their hands that there are no worries and will contact me if there are any problems, nothing is too much trouble.

All the carers who have attended my Godmother have been kind and professional. She is not the easiest of ladies to deal with and the carers have continued to support her as her dementia has progressed. They have gone above and beyond what has been expected and under the leadership, have been able to provide the care she requires, which continues to change weekly. I am very grateful to the team and pleased we chose Alina to provide her care.

I contacted Alina Homecare after being let down by another carer at the last minute when I was due to go away for a few days. I booked a consultation visit and had wonderful carers visiting mum on a daily basis in time for me to go away. The Field Care Supervisor who visited us was so professional and caring, I felt so reassured that mum would be well looked after. I need to say a huge 'thank you' to the carers who visit mum daily, they are amazing, nothing is too much for them and they adapt so quickly and easily to any extra requests for assistance. I thought mum would find it difficult adapting to carers coming in to help, I couldn’t have been more wrong, she actively looks forward to their daily visits. I can’t recommend Alina Homecare enough, reliable, trustworthy, kind, caring and so helpful.
