I joined Alcedo Care in 2022 and, during my time here, I have gained invaluable experience working within a forward-thinking and people-focused organisation that truly values quality care and community support.
I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which has given me a strong foundation in care delivery, management, and best practice standards. Building on this, I have also recently completed my Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership, equipping me with the skills to lead teams effectively, drive organisational growth, and ensure services are delivered to the highest possible standard.
