My name is Kirstie, and I am delighted to introduce myself as the Operations Manager for Alcedo Care Chester. I joined Alcedo Care in 2022 and, during my time here, I have gained invaluable experience working within a forward-thinking and people-focused organisation that truly values quality care and community support.

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which has given me a strong foundation in care delivery, management, and best practice standards. Building on this, I have also recently completed my Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership, equipping me with the skills to lead teams effectively, drive organisational growth, and ensure services are delivered to the highest possible standard.

In my role as Operations Manager, I am passionate about ensuring that our service operates smoothly, efficiently, and with the needs of both our clients and staff at the heart of the process. I am particularly excited about supporting the Yorkshire team to expand and develop services across Chester and surrounding areas, ensuring that individuals and families in our communities receive the exceptional care and support that Alcedo Care is known for.

Hi, I am Danielle and I am the Care Manager for Alcedo Care Chester. My role in is to oversee the day-to-day running of our home care service. I am responsible for ensuring that our service meets all legal and regulatory requirements (according to CQC), and to ultimately ensure that we are providing excellent quality, person-centred care to our clients.

I am the Deputy Manager for Alcedo Care Chester.

As the Deputy Manager at Alcedo Care Chester, I bring over two decades of dedicated experience in the health and social care sector.

My career has been defined by a commitment to supporting adults with mental health illnesses, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours, always with the aim of helping individuals live as independently as possible while maintaining their dignity and self-worth.

Throughout my 7 years in management, I have focused on building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

I am currently working toward my NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, as I am passionate about using the latest professional knowledge to act as a positive role model and mentor for my team.

My approach to leadership is grounded in accountability and a drive to help staff develop their own unique skills and strengths to better serve our clients.

Outside of my professional life, I volunteer as a Scout Leader for an Explorer Scout unit, where I enjoy teaching life skills to young people, and I spend much of my free time utilising one of my many Scout activity permits or hiking. Whether I am navigating a complex care plan or a mountain trail, I thrive on problem-solving and helping others achieve their full potential.

Hi, my name is Elaine, and I am the Field Care Supervisor for Alcedo Care Chester. My role includes carrying out spot-checks and supervisions with carers, making sure they are providing the high standards of care we strive for. I support the development and well-being of carers, making sure they are happy in their work and our clients are happy with the care delivered.
