Mum was treated with the utmost respect by all the carers. They were patient, kind, and caring. High standards of cleanliness and PPE were always upheld. They were always polite, chatty, and cheerful and made a real difference to Mum's progress. We are extremely grateful and appreciative to everyone
involved in Mum's care and thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication.
