Overall Experience
Extremely serious concerns regarding the level of care and professionalism being provided by the carers from this care agency. My sister in law is wheelchair bound. She is very poorly. Carers and office management both have shown extremly aggressive behavior and a lack of proper communication skills due to limited English.
Additionally they often arrive without uniforms and appear unkempt which is quite distressing. Carers use mobile phones excessively during their visits and engage in conversations in their native language, also video call in zoom meeting. Furthermore they enter our home without knocking or ring the bell, which we feels invasive and disrespectful.

I have also noticed inappropriate attire, such as very tight yoga pants, wigs, headphones, wear dress very short and their legs skin are visible. which I believe does not adhere to professional standards. Moreover, the way they handle personal care, such as changing diapers, is alarming and has been quite distressing.

Do not hesitate to use this company . We had them fir nearly 7 months daily. Every single carer was excellent. They are so caring and helpful . Do everything you need in the time sometimes going over if needed. Dad was very happy with them all and good for me if I needed to talk to someone.

I'm very pleased with all my carers. They are very polite and do everything that's in the care plan without me telling them. I made the right decision moving from my previous care company to Platinum Living Care, l am very happy.

Overall Experience

Mum has three carer visits a day. One in the morning, one at lunchtime and one late afternoon. Carers are always polite, attentive and reliable. Mum occasionally goes for appointments and Platinum are very flexible if we have to change the times of visits at short notice. Very happy with the level of care provided by Platinum Living Care.
