Sylvan Care are easy to contact and they will listen to clients' needs and in our case cope well with 3-way communication as my Mother has Alzheimer’s. They have also responded well to our requests for consistency of care and we have one main carer and one to cover the day off. This means my mother
has a familiar face which again given her special needs is vital.

This company are absolutely amazing. So professional and caring. My mum really enjoyed each visit and the team could not have been any more caring than they have been. Nothing is too much trouble they always have time for a chat and make sure mum is happy before they leave. Thank you, all of you.

On the whole very favourable. Carers are very personable but vary in openness about their background and interests I have been with them for more than 2 years and they are all brilliant to me. It is good to have a conversation while being treated. All carers follow rules about hygiene. eg gloves. generally,
I look forward to their arrival with confidence
I am happy with the friendly service I get from the office, they are the best in business and highly recommended.

Overall I have been very pleased with the care that my mother received and the staff did everything that was asked of them.
The care staff arrived for every session and attended to my mother's needs which enabled the pressure to be taken away from the family.

Florin has completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Similar to his wife, he felt a strong connection to health and social care and decided to pursue a career in this field in 2014. He has worked together with Alina for various care providers and completed NVQ Level 2, 3 and 5. He decided to join the Sylvian family and together with his wife Alina, acquired a Sylvian Care franchise covering the Southampton area in 2020.

Alina has a degree and master's in Tourism from ‘’Al. I. Cuza’’ University, Romania, however she felt a strong call towards care and pursued a career in health and social care instead. She started her career in 2014 and worked for various care providers acquiring experience in both domiciliary and residential sectors. She has progressed to a senior position and has completed NVQ Level 2 in 2015, Level 3 in 2017 and has completed Level 5 in 2021. In 2020 she decided to join the Sylvian family and together with her husband Florin, acquired a Sylvian Care franchise covering the Southampton area.
