My Grandmother has had a lovely experience with his care company. They have been very helpful with assisting my Nan. The carers are lovely and always do their best to support my Nan, and they go that extra mile to do more if needed.

Sylvian have been providing care for my wife since 2021 and although at first there were issues in respect of continuity of carers, these issues were dealt with satisfactorily, and at present, the service is consistent, with a small group of carers providing a high standard of care. It is pleasing to note that we consider "our" carers to be friends.

Sylvian Care started with us in August after my husband came out of hospital. His departure dates were constantly changing and the company were always accommodating as they have been throughout. Sylvan Care are easy to contact and they will listen to clients' needs and in our case cope well with 3-way communication as my Mother has Alzheimer’s. They have also responded well to our requests for consistency of care and we have one main carer and one to cover the day off. This means my mother has a familiar face which again given her special needs is vital.

Meet the Team (2)
Florin has completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Similar to his wife, he felt a strong connection to health and social care and decided to pursue a career in this field in 2014. He has worked together with Alina for various care providers and completed NVQ Level 2, 3 and 5. He decided to join the Sylvian family and together with his wife Alina, acquired a Sylvian Care franchise covering the Southampton area in 2020.
Alina has a degree and master's in Tourism from ‘’Al. I. Cuza’’ University, Romania, however she felt a strong call towards care and pursued a career in health and social care instead. She started her career in 2014 and worked for various care providers acquiring experience in both domiciliary and residential sectors. She has progressed to a senior position and has completed NVQ Level 2 in 2015, Level 3 in 2017 and has completed Level 5 in 2021. In 2020 she decided to join the Sylvian family and together with her husband Florin, acquired a Sylvian Care franchise covering the Southampton area.
