I have used Honeysuckle Home Care since April 2021 for both parents and I must say what a fab team, they have helped me enormously through good and bad times and showed dignity and respect for both my mum and dad. We have had laughs and tears as sadly my dad passed in November but I will count them all as friends. I had many care company's in before honeysuckle and I can honestly say they are the best around Wiltshire. Thank you for your care and support over the last year, and have happily recommended them to those that needed a quality home care company.
Thank you Karen for such a lovely review, it was a honour to care for your dad until the end of his life and was and will be a pleasure to care for your mum.
I was referred through the NHS. We were very pleased with the presentation and the overall care.
Very friendly, kind, caring.
Honeysuckle Home Care reacted immediately to our request for urgent help for my husband's brother last summer and did a full assessment the following day with care commencing 2 days after that. Each of the carers who visited over 5 months was well trained respectful, kind and mindful of the need for Covid security. Each took the trouble to speak to my brother in law valuing him as an individual not just as a client. Our request to increase visits was dealt with immediately and on the one occasion when we needed out of hours help it was provided immediately and much appreciated by us living 3 hours away. The staff went over and above with assistance eg buying a new kettle or a pint of milk to take to the house. We loved the app which enabled us to get a report daily after their visit. On admission to residential care, the team kindly cleaned throughout the bungalow and facilitated the move by doing Covid testing. Overall we were delighted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
It was a pleasure to care for him and the team are so pleased he has settled well into his new home by family and the sea.
I live some distance away and was always contacted to make an extra visit if I was needed.
I am so grateful that when the time came I was called by the carers to be by my relative’s side. When it became clear that I was not going to be there in time two carers stayed with her until I arrived. They were very supportive to me and I am so extremely thankful for that. They have also contacted me since to check that I am doing ok.
I highly recommend Honeysuckle Care who will provide an excellent service to those in need of help at home.
Thank you for our lovely review, It was a pleasure to deliver the care and an honour to be there until the end, I know her wish was not to die alone and we fulfilled that for her. Take care and keep in touch
Honeysuckle Home Care provides a kind, flexible and responsive service. Notes made by carers are useful and reassuring for relatives to review. Presence on the High Street makes access to managers, when required, very easy.
Care of my mother couldn't have been put into kinder honest and caring Hands. An amazing team, male and female. Caring professionals and above all humans, not just machines. Good for a laugh and helpful when there's an odd tear. A local team doing all hours and I'm amazed how well they've coped through Covid. Keep up the good work. Royal Wootton Bassett doesn't know how lucky it is. Many Thanks.
Thank you Paul, it was an absolute pleasure to care for your mum, she is sadly missed by all of us.
When I returned from a long hospital stay, everybody at Honeysuckle Home Care looked after me with efficiency and thought. Both the live in carers and subsequent day carers were helpful and did everything I needed. I can highly recommend Honeysuckle Care for your at home health care.
Thank you John for your review, your last email to us made us smile and your Christmas breakfast looked lovely.
The communication from the support team is great and the work from the care team has been a fantastic support to me - and Mum.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to care for a relative or friend that find themselves in need of compassionate support.

Meet the Team (6)
Jo has over 30 years of experience within the Health and Social Care Sector, starting her career journey as a care worker and progressing over the years to become the care director of a well-known national company, building an extensive knowledge of the sector along the way.
Jo’s passion for her family and delivering high-quality person-centred care to those in need led her to open Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd with her children, Lucy and Sam, where family truly is at the heart of everything we do at Honeysuckle Home Care.
Jo’s passion and drive for delivering high-quality person-centred care and helping others filter through to each staff member, ensuring that Honeysuckle Home Care truly is one big family, allowing both staff and clients to truly feel valued and a part of the Honeysuckle family.
I co-founded Honeysuckle Home Care alongside my brother, Sam, and our mother, Joanna — someone I continue to look up to every day. Her resilience, dedication to excellence, and unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standards of care have not only shaped our company’s values but have also been a constant source of inspiration in my own personal and professional growth.
Encouraged by Joanna, I began my career in care at the age of 17. Thrown into the deep end, I found myself supporting end-of-life clients early on — an experience that was both humbling and profoundly rewarding. It was then that I realised I had found my true calling. So, when we made the decision to establish Honeysuckle, it felt only natural that I would step into the role of Care Director. My ambition was, and remains, to ensure that every individual who chooses Honeysuckle experiences exceptional, person-centred care from their very first visit through to the end of their journey with us.
Now with over seven years of experience in the sector, I continue to learn and evolve every day. Remaining current in the ever-changing landscape of health and social care is a responsibility I take seriously — not only for myself, but for the dedicated team I lead. In my role, I oversee the coordination of client rosters, ensuring they are delivered accurately and reflect both the personal preferences of our clients and the care plans tailored specifically to their needs.
What I value most is the opportunity to work alongside my family and an incredible team of colleagues who share the same passion for quality care. Each day brings purpose, challenges, and the privilege of making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support — and that, to me, is the true heart of Honeysuckle.
With over 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, I have had the privilege of working across a variety of settings, gaining valuable insight into the diverse needs of individuals and the importance of truly person-centred care. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong passion for ensuring that high-quality care is consistently delivered, and I believe that access to robust training and effective quality assurance processes is fundamental to achieving this at all levels.
I hold a range of qualifications that support me in guiding others through their professional development. I originally joined Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd as the full-time Training and Compliance Manager, a role that aligned perfectly with my dedication to empowering staff through learning. While I now mentor Rebecca in this position, I continue to serve as Honeysuckle’s First Aid Trainer and currently hold the role of Deputy Manager.
I am also working closely with Joanna, who is mentoring me as I prepare to take on the role of Registered Manager later this year. My aim is to help ensure Honeysuckle remains a responsive, forward-thinking organisation within the ever-evolving health and social care landscape, while also strengthening and developing our internal training programme to further support our team’s growth and confidence.
My focus remains on driving excellence in care through education, mentorship, and a shared commitment to quality — values that are at the heart of Honeysuckle’s mission.
I co-founded Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd alongside my mother, Joanna, and my sister, Lucy. At just 16 years old, I was stepping into an industry I knew little about, but I was fortunate to have strong guidance and a clear ethos to follow. Joanna instilled in me early on that “you can’t command respect unless you’re prepared to do the same job as the carers.” With that in mind, my first year at Honeysuckle was entirely focused on understanding what quality care delivery truly means — not from behind a desk, but by working alongside our dedicated care team and learning directly from their experience.
Since those early days, I’ve grown into my role as Finance Director, where I now manage the accounts for over 100 clients and oversee payroll for more than 50 members of staff. It’s a demanding position, especially as the business continues to grow, but I am fortunate to be supported by a strong, values-driven team and exceptional mentors who have shaped my professional journey.
Despite having several years of experience under my belt, I firmly believe that every day is still a school day. That mindset fuels my commitment to continuous improvement — both personally and across the organisation. One of my core objectives is to ensure that Honeysuckle Home Care remains financially robust and well-positioned to invest in staff development, high-quality external training, and the tools needed to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of health and social care.
Ultimately, everything we do is centred around one goal: ensuring that every Honeysuckle client receives the highest standard of care, delivered by a confident, well-trained, and compassionate team.
After earning a diploma in Forensic Science, I began my career in funeral directing. Supporting families through emotionally challenging times and honouring the final wishes of their loved ones was a deeply fulfilling part of the role. After nearly four years in the industry, I began exploring new paths and, encouraged by my mum, considered a career in care.
In 2022, I joined Honeysuckle as a care worker. It quickly became clear that I had found the right fit — caring for clients in their own homes and ensuring their wishes were respected brought me immense satisfaction. Over the past three years, I’ve progressed through several roles within the organisation, including Employee Relations Officer and Client Relations Officer, and now serve as a Coordinator. My current role carries a range of responsibilities, with scheduling calls being a top priority.
Alongside my professional journey, I completed my Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care in January 2025, a great personal achievement, especially as I was also planning my wedding and working full-time.
Honeysuckle has supported me through many significant life events, and I’m deeply grateful for the continued encouragement and opportunities to grow within the company.
Originally from a small town in Mid Wales, I moved to Wiltshire 13 years ago and have built both a personal and professional life I’m incredibly proud of. One of my greatest accomplishments was travelling the world in 2011 — a six-month journey that took me to 19 countries and broadened my perspective in countless ways. My proudest achievement, however, is being a mum to my five-year-old son, Arthur, who is my absolute world. In 2019, I furthered my professional development by earning a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care.
With over 18 years of experience in the Health and Social Care industry, my journey began after starting out as a qualified lifeguard. I quickly realised my true calling was in care — a decision I’ve never regretted. Caring for vulnerable and elderly individuals is more than a job; it’s a privilege and a passion.
Today, I work in a senior role at Honeysuckle Home Care, where I focus on meeting with individuals to design and review their care packages. I take pride in ensuring every plan is truly person-centred and that we meet each client’s unique daily needs with compassion and respect.
