Everyone is amazing, we had an issue which was quickly resolved and the session of care refunded. Thank you.
Thank you for your feedback, I'm pleased the issue was addressed promptly and resolved in an acceptable timeline for you.
Honeysuckle Home Care are absolutely outstanding, they go above and beyond caring for my nephew in his own home 24/7. My nephew's complex needs are met with care, understanding and respect, nothing is too much for them. Honeysuckle have helped my nephew overcome major changes in his life. I am extremely grateful to them and know my nephew is in safe hands with Honeysuckle.
Thank you for choosing Honeysuckle, it is a pleasure to support and care for your nephew.
I can highly recommend Honeysuckle Home Care, they were brilliant with my dad. I have recently put a friend of mine in touch with them and I would have no hesitation in putting their name forward again. The office staff go above and beyond and without their support things would have been a lot harder for us at such a sad time.
Claire, thank you for your kind words, we pride ourselves on going above and beyond and ensuring our clients and families have a good experience when receiving care.
Honeysuckle Care looked after my lovely Mum up until she went into the hospital. Unfortunately, she died in February but I cannot fault the care she received prior to her death. Many thanks to all of the team.
Thank you for your feedback, its was an absolute pleasure to care for mum and I know she meant a lot to the care team.
They are, in my opinion, a very helpful, caring and knowledgeable provider - a very good team, well managed,
and efficient outfit.
Reliability is a very important and key aspect for consideration in a matter such as this and I have every confidence in this company.
Thank you for you lovely review, its a pleasure to care for your wife.
My mum had been in hospital, on coming home Honeysuckle Home Care team came into for my mum's care needs. Which from the beginning were very challenging as my mum had not had the best of care along the way. They have made my mum and myself feel at ease and her care needs have been met above and beyond my expectation. I can highly recommend Honeysuckle Home Care for all care needs.
Thank you for taking the time to complete our review, its a pleasure to be able to deliver the care your mum deserves.
The care given by Honeysuckle Home Care was excellent. They managed to keep my father cared for in his own home until his health made it necessary for him to move to a care home. I would have no hesitation recommending their service to anyone. Thank you to all who played a part in keeping him at home until his 96th year as were his wishes.
Thank you for your feedback, it was a pleasure to care for and support your dad so he could remain at home for as long as possible.
Very pleased with the care my husband gets. Carers are always reliable and know all the usual ones which is nice as we see the same ones most days. His care is very good. We highly recommend this care agency.
Had to complain about late calls and the amount of time given on some calls but after complaining this seems to be rectified. Also, invoices weren't given and ended up paying for two months at once.
Thank you for your honest review which here at Honeysuckle we welcome, we are happy to hear that the timings of the calls have now been rectified and this issue is resolved. In relation to the invoices this feedback has been taken on board and we hope the new process of the office staff delivering...
Have only been using this for a short time. Have always had great help from all the carers. I am now recovering from a heart attack and need support. Nothing is too much trouble for anybody.
Thank you, Brenda, it's been and still is a pleasure supporting you in your home.
My grandmother was diagnosed with dementia two and a half years ago. Between our family, we have all been looking after her. As the dementia has progressed so has my grandmother's needs, it took our family a long time to convince my grandmother to allow carers in. We started using Honeysuckle three months ago and they are absolutely fantastic! Very professional, it's taken a big weight off our family's shoulders knowing my grandmother enjoys their daily visits. They look after her so well. Five star service!
Good standard of care, all carers have been really good to mum, engaging with her and explaining what they are going to do. Carers are very caring and the office staff are very helpful and accommodating.
Thank you for your kind words. It is an absolute pleasure to be visiting your mum daily and we will continue to accommodate to her every day care needs.
I am so grateful to the Honeysuckle Home Care team who care for Mum. They have shown such kindness and patience in assessing and caring for all of her needs. Their professionalism is second to none and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Thank you for your kind words. It is such a pleasure visiting your mum daily and meeting all of her care needs so she can remain living in the comfort of her own home.
I am satisfied with the service. I look forward to my visit each week, the carers are friendly and keep me company so I don't feel lonely. I enjoy playing my music when the carers are here.
Honeysuckle are always gentle and has a friendly and warm manner with Dad. The management team have been incredibly helpful in keeping us updated via emails and phone calls. Dad has told us how much he enjoys the company of the people that look after him. Honeysuckle really do genuinely care about people and want to help. Thank you so much Honeysuckle for everything you do. We are very impressed with Honeysuckle and have no hesitation to recommend you to anyone.
All my carers are very professional and reliable.
We have been using Honeysuckle Home Care since December to care for my mother who is in the later stages of dementia. The care provided has been excellent, nothing is too much trouble and they have also given support to my father in helping with the feeding. They treat my mother with the utmost respect and allow her to keep her dignity. All the carers are fantastic and I feel lucky we chose them to care for my mum.
Everyone we have dealt with has been competent, professional and compassionate, and my father in law now looks forward to his daily visits.
Their approach has been spot on, and being able to see the daily notes on their app is so very useful.
From my point of view, communication with the carers and the office is also a much-needed part of being involved and are always on hand to offer advice. Feedback is important and is always given with empathy.
It is very reassuring to know that care and consideration during the daily visits is in good hands, for which we are so grateful.
It is an absolute pleasure and an honour to be looking after your husband, but also a pleasure to be able to support you through what is truly a difficult time for you and your family.
I have used Honeysuckle Home Care for five weeks. My husband was discharged from hospital. He is visited 4 times per day. They arrive on time, treating him with great care and respect at all times. The staff are very helpful I would certainly recommend them.
Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure to be able to get your husband home and for him to be cared for in the comfort of his own home and not residing in a nursing home as suggested by the hospital. We will continue to work hard to ensure he remains at home with you as I know this is something of great importance to you both.

Meet the Team (6)
Jo has over 30 years of experience within the Health and Social Care Sector, starting her career journey as a care worker and progressing over the years to become the care director of a well-known national company, building an extensive knowledge of the sector along the way.
Jo’s passion for her family and delivering high-quality person-centred care to those in need led her to open Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd with her children, Lucy and Sam, where family truly is at the heart of everything we do at Honeysuckle Home Care.
Jo’s passion and drive for delivering high-quality person-centred care and helping others filter through to each staff member, ensuring that Honeysuckle Home Care truly is one big family, allowing both staff and clients to truly feel valued and a part of the Honeysuckle family.
I co-founded Honeysuckle Home Care alongside my brother, Sam, and our mother, Joanna — someone I continue to look up to every day. Her resilience, dedication to excellence, and unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standards of care have not only shaped our company’s values but have also been a constant source of inspiration in my own personal and professional growth.
Encouraged by Joanna, I began my career in care at the age of 17. Thrown into the deep end, I found myself supporting end-of-life clients early on — an experience that was both humbling and profoundly rewarding. It was then that I realised I had found my true calling. So, when we made the decision to establish Honeysuckle, it felt only natural that I would step into the role of Care Director. My ambition was, and remains, to ensure that every individual who chooses Honeysuckle experiences exceptional, person-centred care from their very first visit through to the end of their journey with us.
Now with over seven years of experience in the sector, I continue to learn and evolve every day. Remaining current in the ever-changing landscape of health and social care is a responsibility I take seriously — not only for myself, but for the dedicated team I lead. In my role, I oversee the coordination of client rosters, ensuring they are delivered accurately and reflect both the personal preferences of our clients and the care plans tailored specifically to their needs.
What I value most is the opportunity to work alongside my family and an incredible team of colleagues who share the same passion for quality care. Each day brings purpose, challenges, and the privilege of making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support — and that, to me, is the true heart of Honeysuckle.
With over 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, I have had the privilege of working across a variety of settings, gaining valuable insight into the diverse needs of individuals and the importance of truly person-centred care. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong passion for ensuring that high-quality care is consistently delivered, and I believe that access to robust training and effective quality assurance processes is fundamental to achieving this at all levels.
I hold a range of qualifications that support me in guiding others through their professional development. I originally joined Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd as the full-time Training and Compliance Manager, a role that aligned perfectly with my dedication to empowering staff through learning. While I now mentor Rebecca in this position, I continue to serve as Honeysuckle’s First Aid Trainer and currently hold the role of Deputy Manager.
I am also working closely with Joanna, who is mentoring me as I prepare to take on the role of Registered Manager later this year. My aim is to help ensure Honeysuckle remains a responsive, forward-thinking organisation within the ever-evolving health and social care landscape, while also strengthening and developing our internal training programme to further support our team’s growth and confidence.
My focus remains on driving excellence in care through education, mentorship, and a shared commitment to quality — values that are at the heart of Honeysuckle’s mission.
I co-founded Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd alongside my mother, Joanna, and my sister, Lucy. At just 16 years old, I was stepping into an industry I knew little about, but I was fortunate to have strong guidance and a clear ethos to follow. Joanna instilled in me early on that “you can’t command respect unless you’re prepared to do the same job as the carers.” With that in mind, my first year at Honeysuckle was entirely focused on understanding what quality care delivery truly means — not from behind a desk, but by working alongside our dedicated care team and learning directly from their experience.
Since those early days, I’ve grown into my role as Finance Director, where I now manage the accounts for over 100 clients and oversee payroll for more than 50 members of staff. It’s a demanding position, especially as the business continues to grow, but I am fortunate to be supported by a strong, values-driven team and exceptional mentors who have shaped my professional journey.
Despite having several years of experience under my belt, I firmly believe that every day is still a school day. That mindset fuels my commitment to continuous improvement — both personally and across the organisation. One of my core objectives is to ensure that Honeysuckle Home Care remains financially robust and well-positioned to invest in staff development, high-quality external training, and the tools needed to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of health and social care.
Ultimately, everything we do is centred around one goal: ensuring that every Honeysuckle client receives the highest standard of care, delivered by a confident, well-trained, and compassionate team.
After earning a diploma in Forensic Science, I began my career in funeral directing. Supporting families through emotionally challenging times and honouring the final wishes of their loved ones was a deeply fulfilling part of the role. After nearly four years in the industry, I began exploring new paths and, encouraged by my mum, considered a career in care.
In 2022, I joined Honeysuckle as a care worker. It quickly became clear that I had found the right fit — caring for clients in their own homes and ensuring their wishes were respected brought me immense satisfaction. Over the past three years, I’ve progressed through several roles within the organisation, including Employee Relations Officer and Client Relations Officer, and now serve as a Coordinator. My current role carries a range of responsibilities, with scheduling calls being a top priority.
Alongside my professional journey, I completed my Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care in January 2025, a great personal achievement, especially as I was also planning my wedding and working full-time.
Honeysuckle has supported me through many significant life events, and I’m deeply grateful for the continued encouragement and opportunities to grow within the company.
Originally from a small town in Mid Wales, I moved to Wiltshire 13 years ago and have built both a personal and professional life I’m incredibly proud of. One of my greatest accomplishments was travelling the world in 2011 — a six-month journey that took me to 19 countries and broadened my perspective in countless ways. My proudest achievement, however, is being a mum to my five-year-old son, Arthur, who is my absolute world. In 2019, I furthered my professional development by earning a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care.
With over 18 years of experience in the Health and Social Care industry, my journey began after starting out as a qualified lifeguard. I quickly realised my true calling was in care — a decision I’ve never regretted. Caring for vulnerable and elderly individuals is more than a job; it’s a privilege and a passion.
Today, I work in a senior role at Honeysuckle Home Care, where I focus on meeting with individuals to design and review their care packages. I take pride in ensuring every plan is truly person-centred and that we meet each client’s unique daily needs with compassion and respect.
