All of the staff are super friendly and did everything they could to accommodate my son's needs. From meeting different carers to see who he connected with to different times of the day to suit my son's mood. The understanding and patience is incredible. Thank you.

My Mum and I had been caring for my Dad in his final months when our palliative nurse recommended Honeysuckle. They were incredibly professional and helped us create a care plan that eased our worries. From the start, the staff were both professional and compassionate. They cared for Dad with tenderness, and their kindness to my Mum was invaluable. They made Dad feel comfortable during their visits and their friendly jokes kept him at ease. The palliative care provided by a staff member and her team was exceptional. In the final hours of Dad's life, the staff member asked if we'd like to give him a shave. This simple gesture meant so much to us, leaving Dad looking fresh and clean. It was also incredibly touching when the team came to pay their respects at Dad's funeral and gave Mum and I a big hug. Honeysuckle came into our lives during one of the toughest times, and we can't thank them enough. Their kindness, professionalism, and support made a world of difference, and we'll forever be grateful.
thank you so much for the kind words in your review, we pride ourselves on the level in which our Palliative Care Team go to to ensure everyone is inclusive of the care and support we offer at what is an extremely sad and emotional time. I will ensure I pass your review onto the member of staff and her team and ensure they all know how incredibly grateful you are to them all.
They are all, without exception, simply exceptional carers for my mother . They work hard and always give her the time she needs and often go the extra mile without being asked to. We are pleased to say that in line with our investment in training, our improved offering within the community and personal growth for the carers we have sourced advanced Dementia training by the Dementia Admiral Nurses later this year...... We appreciate the flexibility provided in often challenging situations, and find Honeysuckle accommodating to Mum's needs. The carers are lovely and care for both Mum and immediate family too, which is comforting. I would definitely recommend Honeysuckle to anyone needing part or full-time care.

Thank you for your kind review, it is a disappointment to us that you felt we di not deserve a 5* for management but our overall score you gave us is valued, again thank you.

When my mum became seriously ill , they looked after her tremendously, caring for her and giving her - her dignity .
They went above and beyond in the care given to my mum and even coming around to the house after my mum had passed , to see her and make her respectable .
I know that my dad and the rest of the family feel the Same way and can't thank them enough.

I was very grateful for the care I received. It was only for a short time to help me back on my feet. All of the carers were friendly and always asked if I needed anything else before they left. The office staff were polite and friendly and I would definitely use them again should I need to.

Not only did they meet our expectations, they surpassed them, when, on her final day, they went over and above, what they needed to do.
Now this year, when realising that we needed help in looking after our Mum, there was no need to look around.
We knew who we wanted and within a week of meeting with them, to discuss our requirements, they were caring for Mum.
The fact that Mum, previously a very independent lady, has continued to accept them into her home (6 weeks now and ongoing, indefinitely ) and enjoys their company, speaks volumes for this local business and its employees.
We feel so lucky to have them, here in Wootton Bassett.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. It was an honour to care for your sister and wonderful to hear that you have the faith and trust in allowing us to care for your mum. We will continue to showcase the abilities, empathy and compassion our carers have towards the delivery of high quality care within our community.

Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are all happy and cheerful when they visit, even when she was briefly diagnosed "end of life". They were very concerned and spent a long time with, me in particular, answering our questions.
The owner and senior management of Honeysuckle made time to visit my wife to ensure she was getting the right care.
Both of us have nothing but praise for Honeysuckle and their carers and hope they will always be with us.
Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to do our review, it's a pleasure to support and care for your wife. We love that you both get involved in our silly singing and the days we dress up for charity. The pictures are always great top post on our socials.

My friend would struggle with out the help of her care team and would most likely need to leave her home and go into a residential care home if it wasn't for her fabulous carers. We are so grateful to everyone who comes to visit her.
Thank you for your review, we get great pleasure in looking after your friend and ensuring she is able to remain at home and being very much part of her community.

Thank you for your review, every review is important to us as we are pleased you value our service so highly.
The carers come in ask how I'm doing and have a little chat then ask me, what do I want a wash or shower, I have a shower every other day and carers are ok with this. The staff in the office are very polite and friendly and if I have any problems I know I can ring the office and it will be sorted.

Honeysuckle Care have also been flexible in their approach in a changing situation.
The carers have been thorough, consistent and cheerful in carrying out tasks as agreed in the plan. It is extremely useful, from my point of view, to be able to access the carer reports in the portal.
I have no hesitation in recommending Honeysuckle Care.
Thank you for your kind words about the care you are receiving for your father, and your feedback about the carers notes on the app is greatly appreciated.
Carers are mostly very good, but care coordinators are very poor and let carers down, the last 4 weeks we have had 30 carers 6 of which visited only once, also times and carers on our timesheet are altered without notification and frequently our timetables do not match that of the carers.

Good or bad feedback is welcomed, we operate a transparent care service. We pride ourselves on regular monthly feedback reviews and your feedback has always been positive. It is disappointing to hear that the team have 'let down' the carers, we want to stress the good relationship the carers have with the coordinators. You had 140 calls in the said 30-day period, in what is a difficult time of the year, with carers taking time off with their own family and sickness that cannot be predicted. We have taken great strides to work with you, to limit the number of carers and to work with the 12 carers you have requested. Our T&Cs do state that we operate a 20-minute window, allowing for emergencies, thus needing an element of flexibility. We have cared for your wife for 2 years, we appreciate your wife is your priority, as she is ours and we strive to deliver high-quality care in the comfort of your own home.

I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for Mum whilst under their care.

Jo has over 30 years of experience within the Health and Social Care Sector, starting her career journey as a care worker and progressing over the years to become the care director of a well-known national company, building an extensive knowledge of the sector along the way.
Jo’s passion for her family and delivering high-quality person-centred care to those in need led her to open Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd with her children, Lucy and Sam, where family truly is at the heart of everything we do at Honeysuckle Home Care.
Jo’s passion and drive for delivering high-quality person-centred care and helping others filter through to each staff member, ensuring that Honeysuckle Home Care truly is one big family, allowing both staff and clients to truly feel valued and a part of the Honeysuckle family.

I co-founded Honeysuckle Home Care alongside my brother, Sam, and our mother, Joanna — someone I continue to look up to every day. Her resilience, dedication to excellence, and unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standards of care have not only shaped our company’s values but have also been a constant source of inspiration in my own personal and professional growth.
Encouraged by Joanna, I began my career in care at the age of 17. Thrown into the deep end, I found myself supporting end-of-life clients early on — an experience that was both humbling and profoundly rewarding. It was then that I realised I had found my true calling. So, when we made the decision to establish Honeysuckle, it felt only natural that I would step into the role of Care Director. My ambition was, and remains, to ensure that every individual who chooses Honeysuckle experiences exceptional, person-centred care from their very first visit through to the end of their journey with us.
Now with over seven years of experience in the sector, I continue to learn and evolve every day. Remaining current in the ever-changing landscape of health and social care is a responsibility I take seriously — not only for myself, but for the dedicated team I lead. In my role, I oversee the coordination of client rosters, ensuring they are delivered accurately and reflect both the personal preferences of our clients and the care plans tailored specifically to their needs.
What I value most is the opportunity to work alongside my family and an incredible team of colleagues who share the same passion for quality care. Each day brings purpose, challenges, and the privilege of making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support — and that, to me, is the true heart of Honeysuckle.

With over 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, I have had the privilege of working across a variety of settings, gaining valuable insight into the diverse needs of individuals and the importance of truly person-centred care. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong passion for ensuring that high-quality care is consistently delivered, and I believe that access to robust training and effective quality assurance processes is fundamental to achieving this at all levels.
I hold a range of qualifications that support me in guiding others through their professional development. I originally joined Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd as the full-time Training and Compliance Manager, a role that aligned perfectly with my dedication to empowering staff through learning. While I now mentor Rebecca in this position, I continue to serve as Honeysuckle’s First Aid Trainer and currently hold the role of Deputy Manager.
I am also working closely with Joanna, who is mentoring me as I prepare to take on the role of Registered Manager later this year. My aim is to help ensure Honeysuckle remains a responsive, forward-thinking organisation within the ever-evolving health and social care landscape, while also strengthening and developing our internal training programme to further support our team’s growth and confidence.
My focus remains on driving excellence in care through education, mentorship, and a shared commitment to quality — values that are at the heart of Honeysuckle’s mission.

I co-founded Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd alongside my mother, Joanna, and my sister, Lucy. At just 16 years old, I was stepping into an industry I knew little about, but I was fortunate to have strong guidance and a clear ethos to follow. Joanna instilled in me early on that “you can’t command respect unless you’re prepared to do the same job as the carers.” With that in mind, my first year at Honeysuckle was entirely focused on understanding what quality care delivery truly means — not from behind a desk, but by working alongside our dedicated care team and learning directly from their experience.
Since those early days, I’ve grown into my role as Finance Director, where I now manage the accounts for over 100 clients and oversee payroll for more than 50 members of staff. It’s a demanding position, especially as the business continues to grow, but I am fortunate to be supported by a strong, values-driven team and exceptional mentors who have shaped my professional journey.
Despite having several years of experience under my belt, I firmly believe that every day is still a school day. That mindset fuels my commitment to continuous improvement — both personally and across the organisation. One of my core objectives is to ensure that Honeysuckle Home Care remains financially robust and well-positioned to invest in staff development, high-quality external training, and the tools needed to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of health and social care.
Ultimately, everything we do is centred around one goal: ensuring that every Honeysuckle client receives the highest standard of care, delivered by a confident, well-trained, and compassionate team.

After earning a diploma in Forensic Science, I began my career in funeral directing. Supporting families through emotionally challenging times and honouring the final wishes of their loved ones was a deeply fulfilling part of the role. After nearly four years in the industry, I began exploring new paths and, encouraged by my mum, considered a career in care.
In 2022, I joined Honeysuckle as a care worker. It quickly became clear that I had found the right fit — caring for clients in their own homes and ensuring their wishes were respected brought me immense satisfaction. Over the past three years, I’ve progressed through several roles within the organisation, including Employee Relations Officer and Client Relations Officer, and now serve as a Coordinator. My current role carries a range of responsibilities, with scheduling calls being a top priority.
Alongside my professional journey, I completed my Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care in January 2025, a great personal achievement, especially as I was also planning my wedding and working full-time.
Honeysuckle has supported me through many significant life events, and I’m deeply grateful for the continued encouragement and opportunities to grow within the company.

Originally from a small town in Mid Wales, I moved to Wiltshire 13 years ago and have built both a personal and professional life I’m incredibly proud of. One of my greatest accomplishments was travelling the world in 2011 — a six-month journey that took me to 19 countries and broadened my perspective in countless ways. My proudest achievement, however, is being a mum to my five-year-old son, Arthur, who is my absolute world. In 2019, I furthered my professional development by earning a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care.
With over 18 years of experience in the Health and Social Care industry, my journey began after starting out as a qualified lifeguard. I quickly realised my true calling was in care — a decision I’ve never regretted. Caring for vulnerable and elderly individuals is more than a job; it’s a privilege and a passion.
Today, I work in a senior role at Honeysuckle Home Care, where I focus on meeting with individuals to design and review their care packages. I take pride in ensuring every plan is truly person-centred and that we meet each client’s unique daily needs with compassion and respect.
