Lucy plays a pivotal role here at Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd, working with the client relations team and carers alike to ensure that all care delivered is in line with the clients’’ expectations of time and frequency, while at the same time ensuring that the client's needs are met in full.
Carren has worked in the Health and Social Care Sector, in a variety of different settings, with over 20 years of experience in the sector.
During this time, she has developed a passion for ensuring the provision of high-quality person-centred care, believing the key to this is access to high-quality training and quality assurance processes for all levels of staff.
During her experience, Carren has achieved many qualifications, starting as a carer and achieving her Level 2 NVQ, then working her way to senior carer and obtaining her RQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Before developing her own abilities to be able to ensure high-quality training to other staff members further by completing her TAQA assessor and Education and Teaching qualifications at Level 3.
These qualifications have enabled Carren to be in a position to support individuals through their apprenticeship journeys as a development coach for a large nationwide training provider. Before moving on to achieve her TAQA 4, allow Carren to work as an internal verifier and play a role in the support of internal quality assurance processes and further assist more individuals with access to high-quality training within the Health and Social Care Sector.
Carren has recently joined Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd full-time as the training and compliance manager, working alongside other members of the senior leadership team. Thus, enabling Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd to remain responsive to the ever-changing fast-paced Health and Social Care Sector. While at the same time working to develop Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd’s internal in-house training program, as her role as the company’s first aid and moving of people trainer.
Sam joined Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd as the youngest member of Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd’s senior leadership team, working alongside his mum and sister, in this unique family-run business.
Through Jo, Sam has been involved in the Health and Social Care Sector, learning while young the importance of delivering high-quality person-centred care and seeing the impact this can have on an individual’s life.
Sam works hard to oversee the financial aspects of the business, in his position as the financial director. Thus, allowing Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd to be able to truly invest in continuous development opportunities for all and the growth of the business. Furthermore, ensuring that Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd are in a position to be able to source good high-quality external training, which further enables all staff to not only grow personally but ensures that all practices remain up to date.
