CHORLEY AREA - Most of staff, when they try to chat to me, it feels like they've rehearsed the conversation, most of the staff work really slowly and low standards, leaving no time for actual real help. I worked in care prior to spinal injuries, in 20 mins I was expected/did 8 - 12 beds properly, basic tidying, emptied clients bin in bedroom or bathroom. Got photo evidence of dirty most carers leave when they say they finished a task. Ayesha is brilliant, doesn't cut corners, feel a connection with her, the others when they chat it feels forced / rehearsed . And I still have to repeat every single sentence as they don't understand my English. Yes made 4 complaints in 18 mths, standards apart from Ayesha as she's new to me standards have dropped even further. Overall I cannot / will not recommend this company.

Only seen once by the carers so far but they were very helpful & efficient, dealt with my husband with great care.

Carers are very good. AAA management staff are very good. I am very happy with this care company.

I cannot express how much they made my mum's life better. She didn't have a lot to look forward to in her final months but they always put a smile on her face. She of course had her favourites, which I can't say, but they'll know who they are .They even contacted me several times after her passing & took time out of work to attend her funeral. Thank you AAA

I think that the carers that come to me are brilliant. They do anything I ask of them. This company is very good and I would be happy to recommend them.

I would like to say thank you for the kind consideration & courtesy shown to me by your staff, during my illness, the two regular ladies were exceptional. It was a pleasure to see nice smiling faces. A real pick-me-up. Well done.

The carers from AAA are polite and have looked after my husband very well. Helping him to dress in the morning and undressing him at night also giving him a wash, changing his pad when it is dirty. They also encourage him to eat, even helping him to eat.

What a fantastic team. They treated my father with dignity, compassion and genuinely cared. Without this team, I would have struggled and I remained a daughter/carer but more a daughter. I will miss my father but also his lovely care team.

Since starting with AAA Healthcare I feel much better supported and they do a wonderful job very efficient and courteous also the service from the office is excellent. I could not do without this service. Thank you carers and AAA Healthcare Agency.

I would like to give feedback on how AAA Healthcare, especially one of the staff who looked after our dad. This carer in particular was fantastic, and they way he cared for my dad was outstanding. He built a great rapport with him, and in return my dad trusted him and made a friend for life. Me and my brother always knew dad was in safe hands with the carer. That peace of mind was so important for us. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to him and AAA for everything they did for dad and our family. Even in dad's final days, the carer came to the house outside of his shift to visit dad. Thank you to our Dad's carer and the AAA team. We are forever grateful.

Care workers have great manners. They are really helpful. They done everything for me what I want. They are very good maintaining their timing. I like cleaning of my house how they are dong in my house.

Since joining AAA Healthcare, I have been extremely satisfied with the high standard of service I have received, both from the care providers and the AAA Healthcare management team. The care workers are always polite and ensure that every requirement is met with punctuality and attention to detail.

I would like to emphasise how grateful I am to AAA Healthcare the carers they have provided are to my dads needs and personality, the team go out the extra mile to provide outstanding care, my fathers mental health and wellbeing has improved, I have a peace of mind when I am not there with my father knowing he has brilliant carers looking after him, my father would not move to any other company, a big round of applause to AAA healthcare team and a big thank you from the out family.

They should not be allowed anywhere near vulnerable people. They are absolutely despicable.
