The entire team from SeaShell were outstanding, and I would recommend it to anyone needing in-home care visits for a relative. Kind, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and diligent. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.
Thanks for your feedback, Stuart, we really appreciate it and we're glad we could help!
We have found SeaSheel to be professional and very reliable.
Thank you for your feedback - it is always a pleasure seeing you!
SeaShell has been outstanding with its care for our mother from the very beginning. We were very lucky to have experienced their professional and compassionate care. Their knowledge of care is truly outstanding and exceptional and gave us, as a family, the peace of mind that our mother had the best care. Our mother was never rushed, and she enjoyed her daily chats with the carers. The daily update on the care plan was very detailed, which would highlight any concerns straight away. A very impressive service. It enabled our mother to stay in her own home right until the end, which is what we all strived for. We cannot thank all the staff enough for making this possible. We are extremely grateful, and we are happy to recommend SeaShell for the care provided. True professionals.
Thank you so much, Theresa; your mother was a joy to be around, and we are so glad we could help her. We will all miss her very much.
I feel so very lucky to have found Seashell. Their professionalism and attention to detail has been first class from the outset. They followed my instructions to the letter whilst bringing with them a relaxed atmosphere and pleasant conversation with my mother. They ensured all her needs taken care of. Medications were administered correctly and personal hygiene assisted. Communication with management was very good.
A big thank you to all the staff for taking care of my mother. It’s given me much peace of mind and enabled me to get on with my life knowing my mother is in the very best hands.
Thank you so much Matt, it’s a pleasure to look after your mother and we are so pleased we have been able to help!
Seashell has surpassed our expectations from day one. Seashell has listened to our parents and provided tailored care. We are so very reassured with Seashells' daily updates and how they have adapted the care plan to mirror health issues. My parents are not rushed, the carer patiently motivates them respectfully and communicates so knowingly, (obviously highly skilled in care and especially dementia). Simultaneously, I have felt a huge burden lifted from my shoulders, without feeling guilty; I have been able to have respite, with the awareness that my parents are safe, enjoying their visit as a social event. We, as a family, are particularly consoled with the Seashell advisory board of health professionals, and comforted by the sponsored palliative service provision, which evidences the ethics and caring nature of the Seashell care team. Thank you from all our family. I am extremely grateful and happy to recommend Seashell as a trustworthy, reliable, proficient care provider.
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this feedback and for trusting us to support your parents. We are delighted that you have found our service so effective.
The advice and guidance provided by SeaShell (Epping Forest & Harlow) following my Brother-in-Law's discharge from hospital was superb. The care manager, as well as being professional and compassionate, clearly understands the workings of the many NHS and county council services that should be made available. His advice, guidance and personal assistance quickly helped us engage the services of many departments and get the right equipment and care for my Brother-in-Law to enable him to be cared for safely at home.
Thank you for your feedback! We are glad we could help at such a critical time for your Brother-in-Law.
He is like one of the family, and I have really valued his help and advice.
Thank you so much, Stephanie - it is an absolute pleasure to care for your mother and assist you and your family. Your mother is a delight to assist and brightens up our day!
The carer has been able to encourage my parents to eat better and follow daily routines through a lovely mixture of humour, persistence and an uncondescending approach, which brings out the best in them.
The visits are written up in detail, and concerns are shared very promptly.
Contact with the office has been very supportive and quick, listening effectively to our needs.
Thank you, it is a pleasure to support your parents! We really appreciate your feedback.
