I cannot recommend this care agency enough, my mum absolutely loves them coming in to her, making her lunch and sitting and having a chat. It has helped raise her mood and it's nice that my sister and I know she's seen someone on the days we're at work.

The carer's work has improved over the last few weeks, nothing is too much trouble for this lady. My mother and I discussed this and would like this carer on permanently every week, please. Have a good weekend regards.

All the carers are kind and helpful and willing to help with anything. My friend loves it when they sing with her while going about their chores. If she is a bit down they soon cheer her up and make her laugh. I would recommend your carers to anyone.

The office staff are helpful and efficient, they send me a rota once a week so always know who will be coming on what day.

Afterwards, the caregiver had some photographs printed of the event and gave them to her. In this way, she will be able to remember the event and talk to others about it. Such thoughtfulness goes far beyond that which is normally expected.

I have found the carers do a great job with my dad, they are caring and cater to all his needs and always put him at ease whenever they have to carry out the more difficult jobs in care. They always tidy up and clear everything away, they never leave him without first checking he is ok and always ask if there is anything else they can do for him.

I very much value Heritage Healthcare’s help with caring for my elderly father. My father can be somewhat “difficult” and not always pleasant to the care teams. The carer knows exactly how to deal with him and get a positive result for the visit. I trust her implicitly to do her best by dad and to get the desired result. She is a Godsend! Both carers we have seen are lovely, very cheery and kind. no complaints at all. My wife is also very happy with the current level of care being received. We love the fact that the girls can also help with other household duties that may be needed.

We're very happy with the two carer's ongoing palliative care of our 92-year-old mother in challenging circumstances due to the house, Mum's needs and illness, my dog etc. They are both very thorough, gentle and kind and we certainly depend on them. The owners are extremely accommodating with our requests for additional help on an ad hoc basis.

We have found Heritage Healthcare to be really efficient, helping us to organise a care plan for our mother at short notice, and everyone has been extremely helpful, professional, flexible, and patient. Our two lovely carers are a huge help to us, both being very reliable and very kind with Mum, being aware of her physical and mental needs and helping keep her comfortable and helping to keep her spirits up.
