All the carers have been very pleasant and cheerful. Happy to do the cooking and help with washing of clothes. They have all assisted with washing and dressing whenever needed. Finding in the drawers or wardrobe to find clothes when needed for the day and pyjamas at night. At present, I could not function without them.
Thank you for the positive feedback and for being such a wonderful client of ours.
The ladies are extremely kind and very cheerful and always want to help with my wellbeing. Thank you so much.
Thank you for the positive feedback. We are thrilled to hear that our team has provided you with exceptional care.
The care I received was very good, if you wanted anything done they would do it. They were very polite and always cheerful, always on time and if they could not get there they would let you know. I could not have wished for better care, I was very sorry to leave them.
Dear Melvyn, thank you for the kind review. It was an absolute pleasure supporting you.
I have been beautifully looked after in every way by my regular helpers. They were kind, considerate, helpful cheerful and delightful company. They were also keen to help with any jobs I found difficult and I cannot prose them enough. I was sad when they left.
It was an absolute pleasure to care and support you Susan and we are only ever a phone call away if we can be of any assistance in the future. Thank you for your kind words!
It was a pleasant and enjoyable afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed the show.
Thank you for the positive feedback. We are glad to hear that your experience was pleasant and enjoyable. We look forward to hosting future events.
I would like to say that the aftercare treatment I received at home since I left hospital has been excellent and made settling into a steady routine once again much easier. Together with the excellent care by the carers, also being taken to see a film with other patients was a step to feeling so much better. Many thanks.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Mrs M was an absolute pleasure to support and we helped to build her confidence and instil her independence so she can continue living within the comfort and familiarity of her own home. Thank you for your feedback and for being such a wonderful client of ours!
From the initial enquiry to the support provided the Heritage Healthcare team are very professional and provide the whole family with a very personal approach. They are very attentive with my mother and spoil her. My mum looks forward to her twice-daily visits. They are a huge support to my dad as Mums main carer. As a family, we feel Mum couldn't be better looked after. Fantastic service and great little company, so happy we found them.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We are honoured to be able to deliver our service to your family and able to support your mother however we can to help her feel safe at home.

Meet the Team (3)
Managing Director, Prabjot Dhillon has previously worked in Secondary Education. After experiencing the loss of an elderly family member during the COVID-19 pandemic, Prabjot and her husband, Tony, wanted to lead a business that was centred around making a difference in people's lives.
Tony has gained vast experience building relationships whilst working for an asset finance company. Alongside his wife, Prabjot, Tony wanted to make a difference in people's lives and endeavours to go above and beyond to provide a truly bespoke home care service to each individual cared for.
Respect and empathy are important to me. I would always treat others, the way I would want to be treated. I am inspired by the following quote from Henry Wadsworth; “Lives of great men all remind us. We can make our lives sublime, And, departing, leave behind us. Footprints on the sands of time.”
During my career, I have worked in education consultancy, event management and property management, and bespoke information technology solutions for the financial sector prior to working in the care sector. I have a rich educational background comprising a Master’s in public administration, a Master’s in business administration and a Master’s in International Management and Business Development. My career spans over a vast geographical region ranging from Pakistan, Australia, the USA, UAE and the UK.
I have always been a people person and my people management skills and strong interpersonal skills have helped me immensely. I step up as a Toxic Handler and a reliable shoulder when and where required and I find motivation in making people smile. I believe that every day that I make someone smile because of something that I say or do, is worth living. I derive positive energy from interacting with people and I am a carer by nature. I am a warrior for a cause, and most of the time, the cause is to bring joy to the lives of those that I interact with.
