I cant thank theresa care enough for the care they gave my late mum carol they was always there for her and always let myself and my twin know straight away if my mum was unwell even in mums last days they still offered the support to myself and my twin as they build a friendship not just with the client they are caring for but their familys as well i just want to say a big thank you to all the team for a great service provide

I can't thank the team at Theresa Care enough. Over the past 4 years they have supported my uncle to remain living at home. The care and compassion they have given to my uncle and my family is unmeasurable. It allowed us to continue to work whilst knowing he was cared for. Nothing was ever a problem, they adjusted his package when needed and I will always be grateful. When he came to end of life they supported us all through a difficult time, they became like family to us. Absolutely exceptional service, thank you

The support my son receives is second to none.Nothing is too much trouble.My son is non verbal with learning difficulties but can interact with the right people.which he does with these carers.His skin is so soft due to the care they give him.There is a few who he interacts more with and I have no hesitation leaving him under their care.Fantastic set of carers

Theresa Care has been providing support for my 74-year-old dad three times a day, and I couldn't be more grateful for the level of care they deliver. The staff are consistently friendly, warm, and genuinely caring in their approach, which has made a real difference to my dad's comfort and wellbeing.

They are always prompt when attending, which gives us great peace of mind knowing that he is being looked after reliably. One aspect that stands out in particular is their accuracy and professionalism when managing his medication. They take the time to ensure everything is done correctly, while also putting my dad at ease so he feels comfortable and confident taking it.

In addition to personal care, they also help keep his flat neat and tidy, which has made his living environment much more pleasant and manageable. Overall, the team at Theresa Care provides a dependable, compassionate, and high-quality service that we truly appreciate.

Very friendly staff all with good experience. They do everything that is asked of them. Must say Joshua went above and beyond with my grandma. Was nice to see her washed and dressed. Making sure my grandma was at her best when we arrived. He washed and dressed my grandma to the level she would have dressed herself if she had the mobility to do so. Finding the right care isn't easy. I changed providers for mum twice after finally settling with Theresa Care. First and foremost the carers who attended my mum for over a year were kind, caring and in some cases went above and beyond. Mum truly made wonderful relationships with the regular carers. It was so important that mum felt comfortable, and trusted the carers as living on her own with a disability could be quite scary at times. The carers attended to mums needs in a professional manner whilst maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanour. As her daughter I had regular contact with both the carers and manager. It was also important that visits were on time and communication was excellent in case of emergencies and any delays were communicated in advance. I would recommend Theresa Care to know your loved ones are in capable hands.

An outstanding set of carers. Not only are they highly professional and trained to an excellent standard, but they are friendly, approachable and cheerful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they treat each resident with respect, kindness and compassion. They routinely go above and beyond in order to deliver the best possible care. Their enthusiasm and positive attitude uplift the patients' spirits and they make every patient feel safe and cared for. Thanks to this, the carers' work supports not only the patients' physical but also emotional well-being. We are incredibly grateful to the wonderful team whose work makes a huge difference to patients and gives invaluable peace of mind to the resident's families.

You can always rely on the carers and care manager, I fully recommend them to anyone needing extra care and support at home.

Although only had this service for one day due to Mum falling on her first night at home following a lengthy hospital and care home stay, the service provided was excellent. Mum was found on the floor by the carers on their morning visit, and they looked after her with care and dignity and speedily called for an ambulance. The owner and carers all seem very dedicated and friendly. I would recommend them highly based on my limited experience. Thank you to all who helped Mum.

My grandad has been with this company for a few months now and he is looked after so well, he has lovely carers that go above and beyond, two staff members, in particular, are fantastic but then the whole team are. Definitely recommend this company for the genuinely great care they give.

My new carers from Theresa Care have been coming to help me with all that I need to do. they have been good and come most times. I have a good relationship with my carers and wish them all a happy new. They help me to look after my cat as well. Thank you.

Very happy with all staff, who go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I would highly recommend this great team. I have been with Theresa Care for over 6 months now. They all communicate with me when needed and are always helpful.

My mum has had a few different home carers over the last few years, but we have found that Theresa Care has been the best one, they are amazing with her. They have kind, caring and thoughtful staff who make my mum feel comfortable. They help her in whatever way she needs and they are very attentive and patient with her. We have been struggling to find things that make my mum feel better about herself because she is not able to leave the house at the minute. They found her a mobile hairdresser who came and did her hair for her, the care manager even sent me some pictures. The care manager has been so wonderful, she keeps me updated on everything I need to know.

Theresa Care are helping my mum rehabilitate in her own home after a horrible time when she fell and flitted between hospital/care home/hospital/care home for 10 months. I live a long way from Mum and have only recently been able to visit, due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions. I was apprehensive when I visited Mum because she thought she looked "untidy". When I saw my mum I was overjoyed! She looks beautiful! She is clean, tidy, eating properly (I think she has put on a little weight, at last) and was bright and cheerful; in short back to her normal self after an enforced stay away from home. I have spoken to the Theresa Care manager, who is personable, has a sunny temperament and is professional. I met the carer currently looking after my mum and like him. Cheerful temperament and looks after Mum very well. He is professional and thoughtful. Mum likes him too and she laughs a lot in his company. I am a very happy and grateful son, confident my mum is being well looked after.

All the staff treat my dad very well, with dignity, respect, kindness and love. They are all so very kind to him and myself. They now know Dad's little quirks. No problems, they spend time talking to him and explain everything. It's also very nice to see Dad chatting to them and having a chat and giggle. I have no problem or concerns with any of them taking care of my dad at all.

Lovely staff, always willing to help in any way that they can. Very sympathetic to my brother's needs. They help him with taking his medication and by supporting him with trips out in the community which he is not confident enough to do himself. Would recommend them.

The carers are very friendly but at the same time, respectful towards Mum and seem to really care about her welfare. They keep me abreast of her care and make suggestions about things that would make life better. Most importantly, Mum really likes and appreciates them.

This is our first experience of home care for Mum who has early-stage dementia. Her family were understandably apprehensive at first, as it is a huge step to have strangers in one's home looking after a dear relative. However, we have been so very pleased with the care, attention to detail, trustworthiness and communication that Theresa Care have demonstrated. The staff have, when the occasion demanded it, gone 'above and beyond' to help Mum and she is very comfortable having them in her home. Well done TC!

I am extremely happy with Teresa Care. They have been coming for a while. Nothing is too much trouble for them to do. Making the bed, washing up, even down to putting the washing machine on. The two ladies who come to me, I am very happy with.
