I'm writing from the point of view of someone who has received care from a care provider, prior to Rayman Healthcare. Their predecessor's carers were excellent but, sadly, the same could not be said of their management. Happily this is not the case with Rayman Healthcare.
Their carers are polite, punctual,
professional and deliver the care with patience, compassion, empathy and understanding...very often going "above and beyond". They also deliver on the social aspect of their visits.
They are backed up by management that is quick to answer the phone(even out of hours), react to requests promptly and resolve any issues/problems quickly.
As with their carers, everyone that I have spoken to at their office is friendly, polite, patient and always absolutely professional.
The introduction of an app that allows clients/service users to see when/who will be visiting, and see if there are any changes to schedules, up to a week in advance, is a huge step forwards.
Highly recommended!
