First Care were a wonderful personal care provider for my parents and nothing was ever too much trouble for the small but very knowledgeable team. It was a delight to see the carers interacting with my parents and they both really looked forward to their visits.

On several occasions, the ‘First Care’ carer stayed just that bit longer than their allotted time to make sure my parents were safe and settled. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of the manager and her team!

Carers are: thoughtful, thorough, caring, determined. They provide emotional support. They make my mother take her medication (this can be a battle but they persist). They make sure her incontinence pad is changed. Helpful updates from managers, carers are flexible and adaptable in order to care for someone with dementia.

Very attentive. Show great respect and understanding. Talk and inform my mother what they are doing. They are very patient, obviously qualified in what they are doing, which has been a problem with previous care companies.

It's a very efficient service that cares to a high standard for myself and very caring it provides great personal service and professional care. Suiting my needs and requirements to feel safe in my home and to live more independently with the support.
