Carers are: thoughtful, thorough, caring, determined. They provide emotional support. They make my mother take her medication (this can be a battle but they persist). They make sure her incontinence pad is changed. Helpful updates from managers, carers are flexible and adaptable in order to care for
someone with dementia.

Very attentive. Show great respect and understanding. Talk and inform my mother what they are doing. They are very patient, obviously qualified in what they are doing, which has been a problem with previous care companies.
