After not quite clicking with other agencies finally we got my Father's care "right" when Priory Care came along. We were looking for the usual care provision services, three times a day, but as far possible to send the same carer for each of the visits - so someone who lived fairly local, tricky to source - and preferably on time. All of this Priory Care provided and the carer they sent, Bright, was a beacon of light in a very dark time. Bright is very well named! Carer responsibilities were fully met, our timekeeping issues addressed and Bright has the most wonderful manner and warm personality. He was also lightning quick to flag pill issues, changes in my Father's condition and what meals were being eaten which was extremely reassuring. I would unhesitatingly recommend Priory Care, Bright and his colleagues.

The care given to my mother, Rosa, was fantastic. The carers were all patient, considerate, compassionte and well-mannered. Despite often running late, they all were willing to go the extra mile and never cut corners or showed any unwillingness to complete their tasks. I cannot praise them enough.

Knowledgeable carers , well trained, especially with any medication issues. My mum feels comfortable with the carers and has formed good relationships and bonds with them.
Where we have had some small hiccups they have been dealt with and resolved with willingness to improve any matters.

Carers are approachable and friendly.

My mother was provided with a 4-week of 4 x a day visits, following a 3-week stay in hospital. A care plan was drawn up by the care manager, that was followed by all staff on their visits. The staff (and we were lucky to meet 10 of them) were all, with no exception, polite, respectful, kind, supportive, caring and professional. We received a 2-carer call out, and they worked well together, giving the care and encouragement needed. We received a call soon after the care started, to check all was ok, and a call towards the end of the package too! We were encouraged to phone management if we had any concerns (we didn't). Overall we were totally satisfied and very grateful for the service provided.

I find the care provided so far, satisfactory, much better now than it was. The carers are very good- before now, I had too many carers and I would love to tell them what I wanted but I have the same carers now. They are usually on time, they have the office to inform me when they are running late and it is usually for an important reason like traffic or waiting for an ambulance. They keep my place clean.

I have good carers the ones I get regularly. But when it not them I find that care is not as good ie putting wet nighty on door to dry. Don't ask what they need to do can't wait to leave. But my normal carers are polite and caring will ask me when if I need anything and always helpful. The office doesn't always send rota on who coming and sometimes they ring you but you ask them to ring back but they don't.

I can't speak highly enough of the care and compassion shown by the team at priory care Kingston. From the very beginning, they made our family feel supported and at ease. The caregivers were not only professional and reliable, but truly kind-hearted people who treated our loved one with dignity and respect. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine concern made all the difference. It's rare to find a service that feels like an extension of your own family, but that's exactly what we found here. Highly recommended for anyone seeking trustworthy and compassionate home care.

My dad's main carer who is really good with him min and they have a good bond. On days when his main carer is not working g we do not have a regular person attending so this makes things a little more difficult for my dad who likes routine.
Sometimes we had not had a carer at the regular time and we have had to call the office to chase which I do not find an easy experience. Last time I called the person I spoke to was actually with a client which I think is shocking. I do struggle with the lack of communication with the office and they never let you know if a carer is running late.

I can not fault the actually carer himself just the office.

I've been with Piory Care for three years, and I honestly couldn't live independently without the support they provide. As a young disabled person, I need carers who strike the right balance between offering support and respecting my independence and that's exactly what Piory Care delivers.

I have three consistent carers who are all incredible, professional, and always so helpful. Each of them goes above and beyond, whether it's offering gentle encouragement or simply being there for a chat.

Two staff members in the office also deserve a special mention. They've both remained consistent and supportive, even as their roles have changed over the years.

I always recommend Piory Care because I truly believe they're one of the best providers in Kingston. I've had experience with other agencies, and the standard simply doesn't compare.

I have been in the hands of my carers at Priory the last two years.
