My experience ranges from teaching to insurance and I have been recently working for NHS 111 emergency and urgent care services.

The lack of professional healthcare has become a growing concern in the UK and has put our elderly adults at risk. Having ageing parents and their growing need for care has inspired and motivated me to do my bit for the society we live in.

Hence I and my closest friend Ms Swati Bagwe decided to set aside our jobs and tie-up with a very reliable and professional Caremark franchise. Through our professional and personal experience of the care system, we believe that the quality offered by Caremark (Richmond) would set us apart from all other providers. By opening Caremark (Richmond), we wanted to enable those people to spend time as a family member and not just as a carer. By looking after our customers like members of our own family, we allow their family members to enjoy time with their loved one whilst we take the pressure and demands of caring away from them if they so choose. By placing their trust in us, customers and their loved ones can have the confidence to enjoy a more independent lifestyle in the comfort of their own home.

I have a degree in clinical engineering and have been working as an underwriter for medical insurance. I have had a first-hand experience caring for my ageing father. His constant struggle to remember things and communicate with people has been a worry to both me and my family. Hence I and my long-term friend Ms Shipra Mehta decided to do something for others suffering from a similar condition. We have taken the franchise of a very reputable company like Caremark to deliver a professional, friendly and caring service to suit everyone’s needs. Since our shared visions and goals are the same, we put in our honest efforts to bring about a change in people’s lives. We look forward to being at your service whenever you need us.

Myself and my team are passionate about ensuring people have choice and control over their lives and delivering high-quality care and support. We are committed to supporting Clients to continue to live fulfilled lives with dignity and independence and to be participating members of their own communities.

Kelly joined us as a Care 7 Support Worker in 2022. In just two years, she has progressed to the role of Field Care Supervisor—a testament to her dedication, professionalism, and passion for care. Kelly consistently goes above and beyond for everyone she encounters. She is hardworking and continually seeks ways to improve her clients' daily lives, offering innovative solutions and unwavering support.

Her compassionate nature, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail have made her an invaluable member of our team. Kelly builds meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues, earning their trust and respect. She approaches every challenge with a positive attitude and a solution-focused mindset, always striving for excellence in everything she does.

We are incredibly proud to have Kelly as part of our team and look forward to seeing her continued growth and success in the years to come.

Sally Rayner joined us in 2015 as a Care & Support Worker where she quickly excelled with the Care Certificate completed along with first hand field experience. Sally soon worked her way up to a Senior Carer and due to Sally's excellent understanding and commitment to quality care for our clients, we quickly recognised her potential, promoting Sally to the role of Field Care Supervisor.

Since joining Caremark Richmond and Hounslow in 2018, Shalini has consistently demonstrated exceptional qualities as a carer. With a natural ability to connect with and support individuals, she has excelled in providing care to those with complex needs, earning the trust and admiration of clients and colleagues alike.

Shalini’s dedication, expertise, and passion for helping others have propelled her career forward, and she now takes on the role of Quality Assessor with Caremark Richmond and Hounslow. In this position, she continues her commitment to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to those who need it most.

Shalini is delighted to embrace this new chapter, combining her extensive experience with her deep sense of compassion to enhance the lives of the individuals and families she serves.
