My experience ranges from teaching to insurance and I have been recently working for NHS 111 emergency and urgent care services.

The lack of professional healthcare has become a growing concern in the UK and has put our elderly adults at risk. Having ageing parents and their growing need for care has inspired and motivated me to do my bit for the society we live in.

Hence I and my closest friend Ms Swati Bagwe decided to set aside our jobs and tie-up with a very reliable and professional Caremark franchise. Through our professional and personal experience of the care system, we believe that the quality offered by Caremark (Richmond) would set us apart from all other providers. By opening Caremark (Richmond), we wanted to enable those people to spend time as a family member and not just as a carer. By looking after our customers like members of our own family, we allow their family members to enjoy time with their loved one whilst we take the pressure and demands of caring away from them if they so choose. By placing their trust in us, customers and their loved ones can have the confidence to enjoy a more independent lifestyle in the comfort of their own home.

I have a degree in clinical engineering and have been working as an underwriter for medical insurance. I have had a first-hand experience caring for my ageing father. His constant struggle to remember things and communicate with people has been a worry to both me and my family. Hence I and my long-term friend Ms Shipra Mehta decided to do something for others suffering from a similar condition. We have taken the franchise of a very reputable company like Caremark to deliver a professional, friendly and caring service to suit everyone’s needs. Sally Rayner joined us in 2015 as a Care & Support Worker where she quickly excelled with the Care Certificate completed along with first hand field experience.
