We always strive to keep our care team as small as possible for the benefit of both clients and care professionals - this is one of the reasons we have such strong retention within the team. However, when we provide support every day of the week we have to ensure a small team is in place due to the team needing days off each week, annual leave, as well as for providing a safeguarding benefit.

With eight years of experience in care, Faith transitioned from a retail background into the care sector and has worked in both home care and care homes. Over the years, she has developed a wealth of experience and now supports Care Professionals in the community, helps coordinate Radfield’s team of Field Care Supervisors, and assists with compliance, quality and assurance.
Faith holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification and enjoys caring for her nine-year-old cocker spaniel, Flake, who loves treats and cuddles.

Sophie has been working in the care sector for around three years, starting her career while studying for her Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification at college. Day-to-day, Sophie is responsible for creating rotas, managing annual leave and ensuring all care calls are allocated efficiently.
Sophie’s dream travel destination is Australia, where she hopes to experience the beautiful beaches and fascinating wildlife. She also shares her home with Millie, her nine-year-old dog.

She holds a range of qualifications, including a Society, Health and Development Diploma, a Criminology with Law Degree, and is currently completing an NVQ5 in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. Zoe is the first point of contact for new clients, helping to create personalised care plans to support their needs.
In her spare time, she enjoys running a converted Horse Box Bar with her husband and spending time with her two dogs, Harry the German Shepherd and Olive the Cocker Spaniel.
