We are very satisfied with the overall care we received from Radfield. All the team are very kind and friendly as well as being very professional. The carers who are looking after my mother and father show a fantastic compassion and consideration. They adapt to my parents' needs. We are lucky enough that one carer speaks my mother's native language which is not only emotionally touching, it is also helpful to stimulate my mother's language skills and memory. Others take time and interest to follow my father's outdoor garden passion and help him with his fierce determination to cook my parents' meals. This is done with great good humour. The carers have shown patience and support when my father needs help, filing and sorting his projects. This supports his 96-year-old cognitive skills. The respect and friendship the team offer is both genuine and professional and very much appreciated. Thank you!

We had 9 visits during the first few weeks of my recovery when I was limited in what I could manage and the help provided was excellent.

Very pleased with the level of care my father is receiving. The 1 hour a day visit gives me peace of mind that my father is having contact and interactions on days I cannot be there. He is getting a hearty meal mid day to top up his energy levels and recently Radfield have taken over the role of issuing medication when it became too much for him to manage. This all helps me get on with my work, home and family life.

Radfield Home Care was very good at taking care of my mother. They helped with doctor and nurse visits. They took care to make sure drugs were used correctly and always available. The staff were all very caring and made an effort to cope with any situation. When situations changed, they changed their routine. We have been very happy with the help we have had from them.

Radfield Home Care has met all my expectations and more in caring for my mother through regular home visits, allowing my mum, who is 83, to continue living in her own home. My mum was at a low point, psychologically, being physically frail after months of serious health issues and hospitalisations and almost housebound if I couldn't be there to take care of her. But she really picked up with daily home care visits that include being taken out for short walks or to do shopping as well as help with housework. I feel she is in safe hands with Radfield when I'm not able to be there and my mum, herself, feels very supported and happy with her two main carers. For me, our care coordinator, who is always just a phone call away, has been exceptional at communicating with me regularly and is always responsive to any queries or concerns I have. As I live quite far away from my mum, Radfield has been a godsend, frankly, and has given me huge peace of mind about my mum's well-being going forward.

Meet the Team (5)
Jess has dedicated 13 years to the care sector, beginning her journey as a volunteer in a care home and progressing through various roles, including Care Assistant, Senior Care Assistant, Deputy Manager, and Registered Care Manager. With a Level 7 Diploma in Healthcare Management and train-the-trainer qualifications, Jess oversees the care operations to ensure clients receive the highest standards of support while maintaining CQC compliance.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her two-year-old son and her four-year-old cocker spaniel, Poppy.
“I am passionate about ensuring our clients receive the very best care, and that every Care Professional feels valued and supported. I truly believe that by fostering a positive and caring environment within our team, we can achieve the highest standards and make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.”
With over 35 years of business experience across various industries, including Hospitality, Construction, and Property Management, Marco brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role. Having previously also worked within the NHS finance function, he is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of care. Marco’s goal is to inspire and empower the team to deliver outstanding support to clients and the wider community.
An interesting fact about Marco is that he was the lead singer in an award-winning rock band in 1977, with their hit song ‘Fancy Pants!’ He now enjoys the company of his six-year-old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Ruby.

With eight years of experience in care, Faith transitioned from a retail background into the care sector and has worked in both home care and care homes. Over the years, she has developed a wealth of experience and now supports Care Professionals in the community, helps coordinate Radfield’s team of Field Care Supervisors, and assists with compliance, quality and assurance.
Faith holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification and enjoys caring for her nine-year-old cocker spaniel, Flake, who loves treats and cuddles.

Sophie has been working in the care sector for around three years, starting her career while studying for her Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification at college. Day-to-day, Sophie is responsible for creating rotas, managing annual leave and ensuring all care calls are allocated efficiently.
Sophie’s dream travel destination is Australia, where she hopes to experience the beautiful beaches and fascinating wildlife. She also shares her home with Millie, her nine-year-old dog.

Zoe has accumulated over 12 years of experience in the care industry and has a diverse career history, from supporting young children with complex health needs to working as an Optical Advisor. She holds a range of qualifications, including a Society, Health and Development Diploma, a Criminology with Law Degree, and is currently completing an NVQ5 in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. Zoe is the first point of contact for new clients, helping to create personalised care plans to support their needs.
In her spare time, she enjoys running a converted Horse Box Bar with her husband and spending time with her two dogs, Harry the German Shepherd and Olive the Cocker Spaniel.
