Good timekeeping. Pleasant mannerisms. Caring and willing to please. A little apprehensive sometimes about safety of the client in areas of poor mobility. Overall the service is good. The friendly approach of the carers is uplifting.

My representative dealing with my case at Trust Homecare Solution was the manager. My father-in-law, a sweet, funny, quiet man who had been part of my life for the last 15 years. He lived his life to the full, he was a project manager, lived all over the world and rallied cars as a hobby. Unfortunately,
a large fall in December followed by a barrage of tests revealed terminal cancer with a short prognosis. In the end, my father-in-law was in a hospital bed in his front room under the overall care of a hospice. This was his wish, he wanted to watch sky sports in bed, in peace. Thanks to Trust Homecare Solution he got his wish. He had a serious fall as his mobility and strength left him and the manager and her care team dealt with this with diligence. I was kept in the communication link the whole time. I cannot thank them enough for all the care and consideration that they showed this great man and enabled the most peaceful death under his terms.
Reply from Ryan, Operations Manager at Trust Homecare Solution Burton-on-Trent Ltd

Thank you for your heartwarming review. I will ensure that your sincerest gratitude is shared with the Trust Homecare team. Your father-in-law was indeed a remarkable man, which we had the pleasure of looking after. Thank you to you too for being helpful, and allowing us to work collaboratively to achieve your father-in-law's wish. Take care, and remember we are only a phone call away, should you need further assistance. My kindest regards.

Extremely happy with the first-class service from the team.
My mother pulled her back out and was in a lot of pain and needed assistance that Trust Homecare definitely helped with this. Also, even before our care package started, the operations manager advised on how to go about getting aids to help
my mother from the NHS and really helped get the ball rolling for how to get the help that my mother needed.
Many thanks to Trust Homecare and all the team there.

Thank you for your generous feedback! It was lovely getting to know your mum and helping her achieve her goal. I can't wait to tell her team of exceptional carers about this review! With best wishes for the future.

Trust Homecare Solution has provided my mum with excellent support since taking over from a previous agency. An employee of a previous agency defrauded Mum of £20,000 and therefore she was apprehensive and afraid at the start. She has settled well with the current team. They go above and beyond because
her alcohol addiction creates many varied issues. Communication with the manager is very good. I live abroad but the manager keeps me informed of issues concerning my mother and this reassures me that her needs are being met. The manager and her team have helped in the collection of necessary items purchased for Mum which I obviously cannot do.

My nan became very poorly last year from a brain tumour and has deteriorated from then. We were recommended homecare by our local district nurse and they have been absolutely brilliant. Not only with my nan but the contact with myself has been excellent. Nothing is too much with the team. They actually
care about my nan and sit and talk to her, unlike the care we had before. Can’t thank the operations manager and the team enough! The only thing we struggle with my nan is she gets confused when someone new comes, she gets in a panic but the staff all assure her that they will do everything as best as they can and they do and make sure she is comfortable with the care.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It's been a joy to look after your nan, thank you for choosing us. I will ensure that your generous review is shared with the entire team. Regards, Ryan.

Amazing care providers who give a high quality service as standard!
My mum's case gradually developed a destructive psychosis that became increasingly difficult to deal with, and whilst I accepted the psychiatric analysis that she would be happier in her own home rather than an institution, actually
finding help to achieve this objective became a lonely and disheartening task.
Eventually, after some traumatic experiences with various providers I received professional guidance that introduced me to Trust Homecare Solutions team who calmly took on a difficult task with the highest degree of professionalism and restored a sense of compassionate stability to the situation.
I can only commend their inherent helpfulness and consistent reliability of their approach in making a dreadful situation more bearable.

Burton on Trent, Care Team. I will keep this short and to the point. First and foremost allotted times were always cut short until I made a complaint about them, sometimes only staying inside the property for 3 minutes (allotted time 30 minutes). We do have concrete evidence from the video doorbell
and key safe.
The care team walked my father from his bedroom to the living room and left him lying on the sofa. My sister and I went into the property whilst the care team sat on the driveway in the car. We found our father lying in considerable pain and had to call the District Nurses out who in turn called an ambulance.
The care team returned at lunchtime and the ambulance and District Nurse were still at the address when questioned about our father they denied he was in pain!
The District Nurse then asked them why they hadn't called the family or the District Nurse to which the care team gave no answer.
An official complaint will be going in but at this present time, our father is our priority.
Reply from Ryan, Operations Manager at Trust Homecare Solution Burton-on-Trent Ltd

Dear Andy, I am deeply sorry you feel this way and that you have had a negative experience with Trust Homecare Burton.

As discussed with you, the care team is only able to provide care where your father consents, as he has full mental capacity. We understand that your father was reluctant to care, which made the situation a little more difficult, thus sending carers away. We apologise if you and your family felt let down by the team, despite all efforts by the care team in the three days we were with you. We don’t have a record of any formal complaints made by yourself; would you be available for a call to discuss this in more detail, so we can better understand your experience?

We strive to provide an outstanding quality of care and improve our service user's experience wherever possible. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Yours sincerely, Ryan.

We were immediately impressed by the initial assessment carried out the day my husband was discharged from hospital for 'end-of-life' care. From the beginning, all carers introduced themselves and asked us, and him, what was required for that visit. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and my husband
was treated with the utmost respect. Right up to the end, the family's feelings were always considered. We shall be forever grateful to them.

Trust Homecare Solution provided care for my aunt in the last few weeks of her life. We found them to be a very professional and well-organised company. The carers who attended to my aunt were well-trained, professional and competent. More importantly, they showed great kindness and empathy towards
my aunt and for us, they were a pleasure to deal with. From our experience with care companies, Trust Homecare exceeded both our previous experience and expectations. We are very grateful to all of their staff.

All of the care team are so very kind and compassionate. They are cheerful and helpful and you feel they really care about the patient, not just a box-ticking exercise. They always ask if there is anything they can help with before they leave. Smiles and empathy go a long way for patients and carers
every visit.

The staff are very pleasant and polite, made sure my Mother's palliative care visits were regular, on time and always happy to do more if they could. A big help to my father. For the short time they were with us, they more than provided support and care, where needed. Every single carer who attended
is a credit to your company. So a big thank you.

The caring staff are wonderful, caring and professional people. They take time to ensure their clients are comfortable and have everything they require before leaving, even if this takes more time than they have allotted. They also go above and beyond their clients' priorities and take time to ask caring
relatives how they are doing and ask after the pets.

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Trust Homecare Solution Burton-on-Trent Ltd is calculated as follows: ( (129 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 129 Ratings = 5

  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
