The caring staff are wonderful, caring and professional people. They take time to ensure their clients are comfortable and have everything they require before leaving, even if this takes more time than they have allotted. They also go above and beyond their clients' priorities and take time to ask caring
relatives how they are doing and ask after the pets.

The staff are very pleasant and made sure my mother's palliative care visits were regular, on time and always happy to do more if they could. I honestly can't complain. The manager even after death, has kept in contact to try and help me as much as humanly possible.

The staff are very pleasant and understood that it was more than just the patient needing help. For the short time they were with us, they more than provided support and care, where needed. Very punctual and very polite. Would recommend if and when required. Thank you from me and my family.

Although the Trust Homecare carers only cared for my husband for a few days before his death, I found it very comforting to know they would be coming regularly to help with washing him and settling him in his bed. They were friendly, polite and genuinely seemed to care about my husband.

I can't recommend the carers from Trust Homecare enough. They arrived at the times arranged. They paid attention to details. In the time we worked with them, they treated both the family and client with great respect A huge thank you.

My husband, who is only 50 and got diagnosed with a brain tumour, is being cared for at home. The carers from Trust Homecare have been visiting my husband 4 times a day every day. Every single one of them is very professional, their standards are impeccable, they are always on time and really caring,
polite and nothing is too much trouble. They have given us all so much support through this difficult time, I really don't know what we would have done without them. Every single carer is a credit to your company. Thank you.

We were introduced to Trust Homecare to help with end of life treatment for my wonderful husband. The managers first came out to introduce themselves to us, we found them very professional and they came over with a very caring nature. Our carers commenced the following day on 2 daily visits. As soon
as we met them, we were so pleased as they were very pleasant and very good with their duties. They handle my husband with great care and always leave him feeling clean and comfortable. Their hygiene habits are exceptional always washing hands etc. Our visits have now been increased to 4 per day so we get to see the carers more often. It is such a pleasure to have them in the house - they cheer us up immensely. I think we have now met all the staff and can honestly say that they are all wonderful - greeting you with a lovely smile and very chatty, even managing to make me smile on my down days. I would also like to add that all the staff are well kitted out in very smart uniforms.

My mother-in-law spent two weeks in hospital and my husband and I managed to get her home for end of life care. Trust Homecare Solution came in to help us four times a day and their care and dedication was outstanding, to my mother-in-law and to us. The whole team work hard and always had time for all
of us, always a smile on their faces. A very, very professional care team. Sadly, Mum passed away and still they were there for us, making sure we were OK which has meant a lot to us. Thank you all so much.

My mum is a cancer patient and recently spent time in hospital with pneumonia and during this time, she was assessed for a care package due to her mobility and breathing issues. The Managers from Trust Homecare came out assessed the property and established our needs, as a family - the whole change
over was dealt with in a very professional manner and any reassurance we needed was given. The care that my mum receives is second to none and all her needs are met and as a family, we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. We have been given 4 slots per day and the care team are always on time - the staff are conscientious, polite and reliable, give respect and dignity when on their visits with nothing being too much trouble. My mum is struggling with her mobility at the moment and spends most of her day in bed but the care team are working with occupational health to move her from bed to chairs using different aids and making a difference to her day. Amazing Team!
