My nan became very poorly last year from a brain tumour and has deteriorated from then. We were recommended homecare by our local district nurse and they have been absolutely brilliant. Not only with my nan but the contact with myself has been excellent. Nothing is too much with the team. They actually care about my nan and sit and talk to her, unlike the care we had before. Can’t thank the operations manager and the team enough! The only thing we struggle with my nan is she gets confused when someone new comes, she gets in a panic but the staff all assure her that they will do everything as best as they can and they do and make sure she is comfortable with the care.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It's been a joy to look after your nan, thank you for choosing us. I will ensure that your generous review is shared with the entire team. Regards, Ryan.
Excellent service and care given to my aunt. All the carers are so kind and supportive and also very reliable, Nothing is too much trouble for them. They keep in contact with me regularly and my aunt is so happy with the care she receives.
Dear Cheryl, I’m happy to hear that our team provided your aunt an excellent service! It’s always amazing to hear that we’ve been successful in our goal of providing our service users with the best possible experience. Regards.
My mum's case gradually developed a destructive psychosis that became increasingly difficult to deal with, and whilst I accepted the psychiatric analysis that she would be happier in her own home rather than an institution, actually finding help to achieve this objective became a lonely and disheartening task.
Eventually, after some traumatic experiences with various providers I received professional guidance that introduced me to Trust Homecare Solutions team who calmly took on a difficult task with the highest degree of professionalism and restored a sense of compassionate stability to the situation.
I can only commend their inherent helpfulness and consistent reliability of their approach in making a dreadful situation more bearable.
We’re grateful for your feedback. It’s a pleasure to provide the best possible service to your mum and to the rest of our service users. Your comments have been shared with our entire team at Trust Homecare Burton. Regards.
The care team walked my father from his bedroom to the living room and left him lying on the sofa. My sister and I went into the property whilst the care team sat on the driveway in the car. We found our father lying in considerable pain and had to call the District Nurses out who in turn called an ambulance.
The care team returned at lunchtime and the ambulance and District Nurse were still at the address when questioned about our father they denied he was in pain!
The District Nurse then asked them why they hadn't called the family or the District Nurse to which the care team gave no answer.
An official complaint will be going in but at this present time, our father is our priority.
Dear Andy, I am deeply sorry you feel this way and that you have had a negative experience with Trust Homecare Burton.
As discussed with you, the care team is only able to provide care where your father consents, as he has full mental capacity. We understand that your father was reluctant to...
We are very happy with our carers who help us in many ways. They always ask if there is anything we need help with! They go out of their way to make us feel happy and confident for which we are very happy and comfortable.
We were immediately impressed by the initial assessment carried out the day my husband was discharged from hospital for 'end-of-life' care. From the beginning, all carers introduced themselves and asked us, and him, what was required for that visit. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and my husband was treated with the utmost respect. Right up to the end, the family's feelings were always considered. We shall be forever grateful to them.
Trust Homecare Solution provided care for my aunt in the last few weeks of her life. We found them to be a very professional and well-organised company. The carers who attended to my aunt were well-trained, professional and competent. More importantly, they showed great kindness and empathy towards my aunt and for us, they were a pleasure to deal with. From our experience with care companies, Trust Homecare exceeded both our previous experience and expectations. We are very grateful to all of their staff.
The carers are reliable, very friendly, caring, always anxious to make sure that I have everything I need. They are interested in me as a person and keen to make me feel comfortable. They communicate well with my wife who is also my carer. I'm very satisfied with the service provided.
All of the care team are so very kind and compassionate. They are cheerful and helpful and you feel they really care about the patient, not just a box-ticking exercise. They always ask if there is anything they can help with before they leave. Smiles and empathy go a long way for patients and carers every visit.
All carers are very polite, respectful and professional. Managers are very approachable and amenable. A little flexibility on time and length of visits would be appreciated.
The staff are very pleasant and polite, made sure my Mother's palliative care visits were regular, on time and always happy to do more if they could. A big help to my father. For the short time they were with us, they more than provided support and care, where needed. Every single carer who attended is a credit to your company. So a big thank you.
The caring staff are wonderful, caring and professional people. They take time to ensure their clients are comfortable and have everything they require before leaving, even if this takes more time than they have allotted. They also go above and beyond their clients' priorities and take time to ask caring relatives how they are doing and ask after the pets.
The staff are very pleasant and made sure my mother's palliative care visits were regular, on time and always happy to do more if they could. I honestly can't complain. The manager even after death, has kept in contact to try and help me as much as humanly possible.
Excellent service.
The staff are very pleasant and understood that it was more than just the patient needing help. For the short time they were with us, they more than provided support and care, where needed. Very punctual and very polite. Would recommend if and when required. Thank you from me and my family.
Although the Trust Homecare carers only cared for my husband for a few days before his death, I found it very comforting to know they would be coming regularly to help with washing him and settling him in his bed. They were friendly, polite and genuinely seemed to care about my husband.
The process was diligently managed with a sympathetic approach. It was straightforward and easy to handle. Carers were prompt and prepared. They were very gentle with the client.
The carers are excellent. No matter what you ask them to do, they are very obliging. I couldn't ask for better.
I can't recommend the carers from Trust Homecare enough. They arrived at the times arranged. They paid attention to details. In the time we worked with them, they treated both the family and client with great respect A huge thank you.
My husband, who is only 50 and got diagnosed with a brain tumour, is being cared for at home. The carers from Trust Homecare have been visiting my husband 4 times a day every day. Every single one of them is very professional, their standards are impeccable, they are always on time and really caring, polite and nothing is too much trouble. They have given us all so much support through this difficult time, I really don't know what we would have done without them. Every single carer is a credit to your company. Thank you.
