This experience has been really wonderful. I did not know what to expect, the ladies have been great. I am now having time with my husband which makes him feel more happier as I no longer have to be his carer.
I can not fault any of the work that they do.

A particular member of staff arrived on time with the domestic. She was very polite, tidy and clean. Excellent job cleaning my home and helping me after a major operation. I will be using this company again.

I cannot fault this agency. My father was cared for from January 2023 until he died in June 2024. He was looked after with care and kindness at the beginning when he was really ill and this continued as he improved. He was treated respectfully all the time. We, as a family, were treated with kindness
and respect.

All the staff were amazing. My father trusted them to care for him in a respectful way. There were day and night nurses who noted their every care movement and sent them to my brother to review daily. Without their services we would have not coped at all. I cannot recommend them highly enough not only
for their care but the respectful and dignified way they treated our father in his own home when he was discharged from hospital and needed care at the age of 94.

Sadly my husband only lived for 4 days after he was discharged from hospital. We will always be grateful to the hospital team for introducing us to and arranging for the Open Doors team to help. I cannot praise them enough, treating my husband with dignity and respect. Always arriving on time with huge
smiles. Management very much in evidence, introducing carers and checking all was well. The carers were very friendly to me and my sons too. Highly recommend. Thank you all.

Following a long hospital stay I have had Open Doors calling daily. The girls are totally reliable and very caring, always willing to assist with tasks as required. My quality of life would not be the same without their daily assistance. I am delighted with the quality of the care!

Your client has complex needs which are met with cheerfulness, patience and punctuality. They engage with your client and work as a team. It is good to have visits from management from time to time. Value for money - do not know yet but probably good or excellent.

The carers for my wife have been wonderful, nothing too much trouble. Sensitive, gentle, professional, an eye to cleanliness and follow a protocol as they enter and leave. My wife is very vulnerable and pain is an issue. Sometimes I say my wife can't cope with 'turning' (for example) and they respect
that. Full of praise and thanks.

I am extremely pleased to report on my experience with Open Doors Healthcare Services. This has been my first use of any similar provider. I was extremely concerned as to how I may find such an experience, especially as I am not a gregarious individual, particularly in recent years. My business experience
has been extensive, covering 65 years dealing with a very wide range of abilities covering all interests, ages and skills. I benefitted from very lowly beginnings, at professional levels all in the UK. I have been very pleasantly pleased with the results.

The girls from Open Doors are an absolute godsend.
They have gone above and beyond for my father, they’re always on time, friendly, caring, have treated my father with respect and kindness.
No matter what he asks them to do, they will do it.
Before they go they always make he is well catered for
after seeing to his personal needs and making sure he has everything in place with him. Food wise they will always encourage him to eat a healthy and balanced meal.
But honestly, I would highly recommend Open Doors to everyone who is looking for reliable, respectful, kind and caring staff.
I can’t thank them all enough for everything they have done to look after my father.

The service from this company has been consistently excellent. They turn up on time and are always very professional. I really have no complaints at all. I feel I am treated with care and dignity, consistently and the carers offer advice when appropriate.

Carers are superb! Always friendly and caring and never late for any appointment. Was told that the move from private care to end-of-life care would be a shock as there would not be the time and conscientiousness devoted to my father that there was with private care. They were all very polite and presented as enjoying the time spent with me. The actual physical care was done in a very considerate manner, asking about your preferences etc. They were always on time apart from problems with traffic on a couple of occasions.
