I can’t thank them all enough for everything they have done to look after my father.

The service from this company has been consistently excellent. They turn up on time and are always very professional. I really have no complaints at all. I feel I am treated with care and dignity, consistently and the carers offer advice when appropriate.

They were all very polite and presented as enjoying the time spent with me. The actual physical care was done in a very considerate manner, asking about your preferences etc. They were always on time apart from problems with traffic on a couple of occasions.

Carers are superb! Always friendly and caring and never late for any appointment. Was told that the move from private care to end-of-life care would be a shock as there would not be the time and conscientiousness devoted to my father that there was with private care. Open Doors Healthcare Services have been every bit as good as the private carers we had before, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.,

Management are exceptional, going above all things to support Mum and our family if there are problems.

Professional, kind, caring and well presented carers who engage with the client. They have patience which is really important when dealing with the elderly and those with dementia. They are positive and friendly. They go out of their way to help with all aspects of elderly client care. They are knowledgeable and will highlight any concerns they have regarding the client straightaway.

Since my return from hospital after a fall in July when I broke my hip and arm, I have had a carer to help me with washing, dressing and making meals. I have found all the girls very pleasant and a smiling face first thing in the morning sets me up for the day. I am increasing in confidence with their help and encouragement and somebody to talk to is very good when you are on your own.

The help and care I received had been first class. As I am not on the internet or have access to email I have been assisted in contacting medical help. The care workers have not only helped me in ways I would expect but have made sure the home is safe and clean. The young care workers have been not only efficient but friendly and have made sure that different needs have been met on different days. Management staff have listened to any problems I have and made sure that everything is done to ensure I have all the help I need.

The team provided first class care for my mother in her final days. It is not just what they did, but how they did it, always in a cheery manner and with thoughtfulness and consideration for my mother at all times. They always asked how she was, tried to lift her spirits, helped her look her best, including brushing her hair, and trying to make her as comfortable as possible.

We shall forever be grateful for the loving care provided by the team.

The only observation I would make is that, in advance of the care commencing, the management should share a list of items that the care team will need. This is not a criticism, but simply an observation that will avoid a last minute dash to the shop to support loved ones and the care teams.

After being discharged form hospital on 19-5-23, spending 6 weeks there, I went home. The carers that I was fortunate to have were professional, kind, friendly and caring. I was treated with dignity. The management were also the same. Always there for me.

It was a surprise to meet the carer on my return from the hospital, she was a great deal of support, and I really appreciate it.

All their teams have been very good, going over and beyond to help out. No job is too small for them to do. Always ask if there is anything else that needs doing before they leave, and come in the morning with a big smile.

On the evening on October 20th 2022, my mother was discharged from the hospital to return to her home, and on the same evening, two members of staff from Healthcare Services made their first visit, and both my mother and the family found them to be respectful, polite and caring towards my mother straight away. Every visit after that was like the first, maintaining the same high standards. As a family, we can't praise the staff involved with my mother's care enough, The way they conducted themselves and their professional standards were exemplary, and because of this, my mother's physical and mental well-being, as well as her dignity was maintained right up to the day she was admitted into the local hospice. Thank you.

The service and dedication to care is very very excellent. Could not have asked for any better for my wife's last days with us as a family. I would recommend this home care company to anybody in the same situation that we have found ourselves in and would like to thank them with great gratitude.
