Since PentaCare took over my sister's care, I can relax knowing that she is well and happy.
I have been going through a very difficult time and am unable to look after her at all at the moment, but knowing she is well cared for is reassuring.
It means a lot to me.

During our time with PentaCare, we received the most highest possible care and support. Nothing was too much trouble. Each and every member of staff was always smiling. They were professional at all times.
When my husband was having a bad day they still smiled and addressed his wishes. The companionship
I received as his wife was above their duty. Having a chat with me and comforting me when they could see I was struggling was something I will never forget.
My husband’s last hours saw PentaCare stay and help not only us but our whole family and I will forever be in your debt. You help make our final hours more manageable and I will never forget that great love I felt from you .

I found PentaCare really good, very nice, responsive carers. The carer was great and was very proactive with Mum’s care.
Always answered the phone promptly and willing to make any adaptations to the care plan as circumstances changed.

We started using Pentacare in August 2022. We had previously used two other care agencies at our previous house whom we were not at all happy with so were not anticipating any great change. What a difference! From the very first visit, the carers were kind, non-judgemental and efficient. In fact, more
than that - it became like having a friend or relative come in to help. My husband has multiple serious illnesses and can be very difficult but they went the extra mile to smooth things over and get him into a good mood - chatting and laughing as they carried out their jobs. Sadly we can no longer use them as we have moved out of the area and are back to the same as before - indifferent carers who can't wait to get out of the house and appear not to care less. I miss Pentacare and their support and would use them again if I could. Very highly recommended.

Could not be more complimentary about the care Pentacare provide. The team go consistently above and beyond, treating their clients with the utmost respect, and families with compassion. When Mum's care needs changed at short notice, staff replanned and reorganised at lightning speed. Above all, Mum
made a firm friend in staff, whom both she and we trust implicitly.

These wonderful carers are simply the best, they are reliable, courteous, kind and just lovely.
They help my mum 3 times a day and have never let her down. I know my mum can be pedantic at times, but they always make her calm down and chilled.

I find the management office team approachable if rota timing changes are needed from my own point of view, and I can always discuss any problems I might have. The carers I have usually arrive on time unless they have a problem, and they usually let me know if this is going to be the case.
The carers
I have are efficient, professional and know what they are doing. They are polite and show me consideration, and are interested in my personal requirements, always asking if there is anything more they can do.

My mother, who has four visits per day from PentaCare carers, is always treated with kindness, patience and respect. If, on the rare occasion, a carer is not available or running slightly behind schedule, I receive a phone call or text to let me know.
I am pleased with this small and personalised
care company and would recommend it to friends and family should the need arise. It is the best care company my elderly and frail mother has had to date. Thank you, PentaCare.

Pentacare provide support for my mother and they have improved her life substantially. I am able to contact them by email and they are very prompt at responding. They are able to provide care and support to enable my mother to live on her own otherwise she would be in a home.

It's not always the same carer who comes. Sometimes I'm up and dressed before the carer comes. Very helpful and have bonded well with our mum. Also flexible, helping dad wear his alarm. Responsive when we call.

Donna has been working as a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager for 9 years before joining PentaCare. Her main responsibilities include overseeing the provision of high-quality care to clients in their own homes. Ensuring the service meets and exceeds, the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010 and the Care Quality Commission guidance ‘Essential Standards of Quality & Safety. To ensure the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment, person-centred planning and regular outcome focussed reviews of services, taking a lead on CQC inspections and conducting quality audits.
