Weekend: 30 minutes £23.20, 45 minutes £28.70, 1 Hour £35.30
Additional Charges - A rate of 1.5 times the standard weekday rate applies on Bank Holidays, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and after 5:00 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
For trips out and shopping, a mileage charge of 45p per mile will apply to cover the carer’s fuel expenses.

Always answered the phone promptly and willing to make any adaptations to the care plan as circumstances changed.
We started using Pentacare in August 2022. We had previously used two other care agencies at our previous house whom we were not at all happy with so were not anticipating any great change. What a difference! From the very first visit, the carers were kind, non-judgemental and efficient. In fact, more than that - it became like having a friend or relative come in to help. My husband has multiple serious illnesses and can be very difficult but they went the extra mile to smooth things over and get him into a good mood - chatting and laughing as they carried out their jobs. Sadly we can no longer use them as we have moved out of the area and are back to the same as before - indifferent carers who can't wait to get out of the house and appear not to care less. I miss Pentacare and their support and would use them again if I could. Very highly recommended.

Everyone was very helpful and caring with my dad. They were professional but seemed to genuinely care. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I felt involved and consulted at all times. I also felt supported personally.
Could not be more complimentary about the care Pentacare provide. The team go consistently above and beyond, treating their clients with the utmost respect, and families with compassion. When Mum's care needs changed at short notice, staff replanned and reorganised at lightning speed. Above all, Mum made a firm friend in staff, whom both she and we trust implicitly.
Several carers attend me and they are all fantastic especially AM. They are always happy, clean and polite.
They help my mum 3 times a day and have never let her down. I know my mum can be pedantic at times, but they always make her calm down and chilled.

The carers I have are efficient, professional and know what they are doing. They are polite and show me consideration, and are interested in my personal requirements, always asking if there is anything more they can do.

Pentacare provide support for my mother and they have improved her life substantially. I am able to contact them by email and they are very prompt at responding. They are able to provide care and support to enable my mother to live on her own otherwise she would be in a home.

It's not always the same carer who comes. Sometimes I'm up and dressed before the carer comes. Very helpful and have bonded well with our mum. Also flexible, helping dad wear his alarm. Responsive when we call.
