Overall Experience
Home Instead (Bury St Edmunds) have provided care for my father since the beginning of the year. It was daunting having to rely on a stranger to care for my dad. However, my initial meeting with the manager reassured me that they will treat my dad as I would. They have provided excellent care in the past four months and they are trustworthy and I would highly recommend them. The team are always available to be contacted and the use of the app is fantastic.

We only used the service for a short time, but in the time we had them come in, they were exceptional.

Overall Experience
Thanks to the team at Home Instead for their accommodation and flexibility of twice weekly companionship visits to my elderly aunt with dementia living in a care home. They were responsive and thoughtful and enabled a very successful placement for my aunt, in which she was the happiest I’ve known her for some years.

Home Instead provide excellent quality of care and with compassionate treatment to the person receiving care. I know I can trust carers to do the right thing for my brother and act in his best interests.
