We have only just started using Right at Home but our experience so far has been very positive. Our lovely Dad has come to the point where he needs some help but very much wants to stay at home. When we met Dad's carer she ensured that Dad was heard and really took time to get to know him, and find
out about his needs but also him as a person. Our cater is wonderful, patient and so communicative with Dad, making sure he is comfortable at all times. From our experience so far I'd have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home.

I was struggling to care for mum morning and night as I have a full-time job. I contacted the Manager online and one of the referrals was Right at home. The Care Coordinator then contacted me and arranged a visit; I was very happy with the meeting and agreed for the company to help with mum's needs.
Since the carers have been visiting mums, overall issues have improved. They are always very polite and have built up a good relationship with mum. We have a 7am visit Monday to Friday and they are always on time. The care and attention given to mum is excellent from assisting her with dressing to hair wash and breakfast. I can now go to work in the mornings and this part of my life has changed, Overall a great company.

I have only recently engaged Right at Home to come for an hour first thing in the morning to give me my breakfast, and assist me with showering and dressing, together with other duties such as bed making, laundry and washing. When I was unwell recently, they got me medical attention and followed up
to see how I was. The duties are mainly shared between two carers, whom I get on well with.

My uncle decided he would like carers to come in and help him, so we arranged for Right at Home to visit and discuss what his needs were. They are very helpful and listened to him and put a care package in place. My uncle has changed his mind a few times about what he would like and the times that he
would like the carers to come in and Right at Home have been very good and dealt with this. All the staff have been good with him and I would recommend this company.

Often gave over and above and always showed respect.

I had initially approached a number of providers to supply some "respite care" for my wife to allow me some time out of the house. Out of all the providers we saw, I found Right at Home to be the most professional, organized and in tune with what we required. My wife then had to go into hospital, and
in order to get her discharged, we needed to get a care plan in place. The managing director of Right At Home quickly put this in place and was most helpful in assisting me in navigating the "system" to get her discharged. All the carers we have seen over the past month have been excellent and really helped in my wife's recovery so far. They have also been very helpful in getting occupational therapy and physio referrals. They arrive on time without fail and are always cheerful and positive. I can highly recommend this company based on my experience.

The carers are excellent, pleasant, courteous and always caring and helpful.
When they come in the morning they make my day by cleaning me up and have a laugh whilst maintaining my dignity.

The Managing Director of Right at Home visited me quickly to listen to and assess my sudden care needs and within three days he had devised a care package for me. The following week this was in place and my first care assistants visited. I was impressed by his calm, helpful and efficient approach and
together with his team, this has allowed me to gain strength and stay in my own home. In the ensuing months, I have enjoyed the helpful and thoughtful visits from the care ladies who have an excellent understanding of working with the elderly and putting them at their ease.

With over 15 years in social care, I consider it a privilege to have worked alongside and supported such a diverse range of individuals. My experience spans various settings, including respite care, residential facilities, and community-based services. Throughout my career, I have had the honour of assisting individuals ranging from 17 years to 101 years of age.
