We are glad you are happy with the care and support being provided. We aim to continue providing a responsive service that meets with your support needs.
My daughter's care staff are very friendly, helpful and professional and have developed a good relationship with my daughter, who is always happy to see them. Management has shown great flexibility in care arrangements, even at short notice to suit our circumstances and communication from management has been very good. The company has made a positive difference to my daughter's quality of life in a short space of time, so I am very happy with the service.
Thank you. We'll always be committed to providing quality care that makes a difference for our service users and their families.

Ben is the co-founder of CareUK Living Ltd. A seasoned senior business executive with over 15 years of managing organisations at a senior level and very passionate about care. He is a qualified Human Factors Specialist, and still currently consults in areas of safety, risk and compliance, aviation medicine, and business systems. Ben is a qualified Chartered Manager.
Ben spends a lot of his time volunteering in the community of Northampton, and also works as a Pastor for his local church.
I am a Registered Nurse (Adult) with over 20 years of experience in health and social care, and I’m proud to lead our domiciliary care service. My passion has always been to ensure that people receive care that is not only safe and effective, but also kind, respectful, and truly person-centred.
Throughout my career, I have worked across domiciliary care, supported living, and wider health services, including senior leadership roles in large organisations. These experiences have shaped my approach to care—combining strong governance and high standards with compassion, understanding, and a genuine commitment to improving people’s lives.
For me, the most important part of my role is making sure that every person we support feels valued, listened to, and able to live as independently as possible. I believe that great care is built on trust, dignity, and meaningful relationships, and I work closely with both our team and the people we support to make this a reality every day.
I am also passionate about supporting and developing our staff. By creating a positive and supportive environment, I ensure our team feels confident, valued, and motivated to deliver the highest quality care.
My goal is simple: to lead a service that families can trust, staff are proud to be part of, and, most importantly, where people receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.
Paul is a Director of businesses, advising in areas of operations management, client and customer service, business processes and procurement. At CareUK Living Paul advises on contract management, procurement and client retention.
