I have found that all of the carers who I have met, when at my mother's house, have been very kind, caring and polite, they are all very friendly and are willing to talk about Mum's needs. I am extremely pleased with the care and service they give.

Management has shown great flexibility in care arrangements, even at short notice to suit our circumstances and communication from management has been very good. The company has made a positive difference to my daughter's quality of life in a short space of time, so I am very happy with the service.
