I normally decline to write reviews, but this is one of my few exceptions. Our caring situation had many challenges. TNC were professional and kind from the very start. They were very human and thoughtful about my father's needs and established good communication. The management team were organised and focused on practical care provision in every conversation we had.

The lead carer quickly won the confidence of us all and an environment of respect and teamwork blossomed. Consequently, everyone helped each other in the most testing of times. His carer was meticulous in his work and the quality of care he delivered. This was noticeable to all, especially in the ‘problem-solving’ situations which we encountered. My father’s gratitude to him cannot be measured, it was personal and immense. He told me so on numerous occasions, as did my mother.

The app was a fantastic tool to help me stay informed.

TNC were the appointed contractor to provide Mum's care. It is run by the manager, who commenced Mum's care personally as she trained and built a small and fantastic team around her. They've taken excellent care of Mum for about a year. They're cheerful, friendly, compassionate, trustworthy, dependable, and professional, going above and beyond to make Mum happy. Highly recommended.

Your services have been a great comfort and help to me recently after being discharged from the hospital. Your carer has always been on time, helpful and courteous.

TNC provided very professional personal care twice daily for my 93-year-old husband until his death. He really liked them and looked forward to seeing them every day because not only did they wash and change him, make and change his bed and generally make him comfortable, but also made him laugh and feel happy. Nothing was too much trouble in their care of my husband, and they were also kind and thoughtful to me and my family. We were lucky in our choice of TNC and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The carers I have had are extremely polite, friendly and excellent with my husband. I feel less stressed and know he is being taken care of. Although my husband cannot communicate he is happy and communities in his own way.

We have been using TNC Healthcare since January 2022 and can find no fault in the care they provide. TNC are both professional and caring in their service provided. If they are concerned with anything, they contact us immediately. TNC are always punctual, if there is any delay on their arrival, they contact is well in advance. Above all else, TNC are compassionate and respectful.

The service is very professional. I am treated with dignity and respect. The carers are very friendly and put me at ease. Their timekeeping is very good and the company will inform me if there is a delay.

My husband is very satisfied with the care provided. The carers carry out their caring roles with care making sure his needs are met and do a great job. They are cheerful and helpful. They leave the rooms clean and tidy. The caregivers treat us with respect and dignity. Excellent.
