I can't thank the carers enough for the care they provide there very person-centred and provide care with dignity and respect.
Nothing is ever too much and they go above and beyond to make their clients safe, healthy and happy. The company are respectful and knowledgeable to talk to and always there
if help is required. I feel relaxed knowing she is being seen to and looked after by the carers who treat their clients as if they were their own family. Such an amazing team.

Could not be happier with the service provided. Carers are professional and thorough in all they do. We have seen a massive improvement in not only Gran's health but in her mental well being. She’s so much happier in herself and has even started going outside for fresh air and catch-ups with friends.
Cannot thank the staff enough for always being there and reachable on the phone they have assisted in contacting Drs and arranging appointments as well as help her get back and maintain an independent life.

J&C Healthcare agreed to provide my dad with a more bespoke pattern of care in order to support existing care arrangements and provide regular breaks for his usual carer (myself). It was the first time my dad had received care at home from anyone other than family but the staff who visited him soon
put him at ease. He found them to be warm and friendly and looked forward to the reassurance given by their visits. At the same time, their help enables me to take much needed breaks with the knowledge that they are checking in on my dad while I am not there.

Amazing ladies that come. Sometimes they turn up early without warning, had friends here and they felt they had to go which is annoying as they pay to park. If they stick to the roster that would be great, it’s happening often. Otherwise, I find the service is very good thanks.

Carer showed outstanding compassion and care for my father. Her knowledge and expertise was outstanding. Another colleague whose name I don’t know also went above and beyond on Saturday night (18th.)
Colleagues in the office are also excellent, nothing is too much trouble.

I found all the carers to be extremely helpful towards my mum, they are all very patient with her. I cannot fault them in any respect, hopefully, they will help mum again when she comes out of hospital.

The carers are professional, caring and respectful especially when carrying out personal care. Always keep good time. Friendly, cheerful and make all situations so much easier. The office staff are the same and can't do enough to make sure care is delivered. Treat my canine companion with care too.

This is my first time dealing with a care company, and I have found the service to be very good. The office staff have been really helpful in providing guidance to the family, and the care team seem to know instinctively how to best deal with my mother-in-law, especially when she doesn't know what she
wants.
They have phoned us when there is an issue or they have concerns, eg Mum had fallen or had run out of something. The office got involved with chasing Mum's medication, which had been delayed at a pharmacy, which was a great help.
From talking to friends about the care companies they use, we seem to be getting a much better level of service and care.

Fantastic service received all-round. J&C have been assisting care of our mum, helping with getting her up in the morning, sorting out medication for the day and more importantly providing a friendly face. Carers are so friendly and attentive, and the office staff are very helpful with any queries

We have been using J&C Healthcare for mum since August 2022 and couldn't have wished for a more reliable, kind, caring team. They have made a huge difference to not only mum's recovery and the fact that she can carry on living in her own home, but also peace of mind for myself and my sister to know
that someone will lay eyes on her twice a day. The app system is just fantastic with daily updates from her visits and being able to send messages should we need to. We recently had to make a slight adjustment to her care plan due to a shift in her health - we had a visit at her home from a member of the team and were able to work a new plan that suited mum's needs - this was literally updated on the app the same day and put straight into place later that day with her evening visit. All the staff are kind, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you J&C Healthcare.
