I want the world to know how grateful my family and I are to you, everyone that knows us knows I love you both dearly as friends, but this has nothing to do with any of that; I wish as a family, we had you caring for my dad, you did more for my uncle in the short time he was on your books than my dad's care providers ever did for him. Thank you for the care plan you put in place; you went above and beyond. I will be eternally grateful to you and that young carer my aunty spoke highly of. I know you will do well because your heart is full of love and care.

We are very pleased with the service. It is nice to have the same carer on a fairly regular basis, but having said that, all the carers have been excellent. The roster emailed the week before is a good idea as it is useful to know the times the carers will be arriving. All in all, the best carer service we have encountered and would recommend it.

Right from the beginning, I knew that we were going to be in safe hands with the manager and his team. They have gone above and beyond for my mum and me. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are always there to help.
Especially in recent weeks, as my mum has been extremely poorly, J&C has provided exceptional care, not just for my mum but supported me just as much. My mum has very complex needs, and the staff provide the highest standard of care 100% of the time.

My expectations for this role (in my relative's life) have been high from the very beginning, and I can say that they have met every request for change, every request for advice and every medical emergency (unfortunately there have been a few) with absolute dedication and professionalism.
This level of quality is displayed by each carer that visits, the office staff, and of course, the manager.
The manager has talked me through each difficulty and drama, and it often feels like he has had to take on the role of being my carer too - as if he does not have enough to do!
My advice would be to make this company your first call when searching for support and explain what suits you and your family. They are very good at listening to you and understanding that not every client has the same needs as the next.

Staff are friendly and respectful. They are punctual and willing to stay to complete tasks. The manager has coordinated care needs with the family and the discharge team from the hospital, so the client receives the appropriate care. Excellent communication between us.

I learnt many years ago that the most important people in a care company are the managers. If they treat their staff well, then it's happy/positive/genuine people that come through our doors to care for us. I have yet to meet a carer who doesn't compliment the manager and his team.
As a patient, I have been with this company for six months and have found the carers to be professional, kind and gentle, who always make time to "chat" and don't make you feel like you are holding them up, which is especially important for people who are housebound and lonely. I am so grateful to them for taking the time to listen to my bedtime requests.
The night staff go out of their way to make you get into bed feeling comfortable and secure. From remembering where your phone goes to turning the bed covers to what drink you like and how you like it... right down to "tucking you in".
I have no complaints/only compliments.

We had a very small team of carers, which made my husband feel more at ease with accepting help. We found ourselves needing overnight support, and by calling the head office of J&C Healthcare, they provided night support at the drop of a hat, for which we were truly thankful for.
