The J &C team came in as an emergency measure and cared for my husband for just 11 days before he went into a home for end of life care. They went totally beyond my expectations! Professional, respectful, watchful, caring and very kind at all times. Just really nice people who made a stressful sad time
a lot easier to bare. I can't thank them enough.

Very personal care, considering all your needs. Keep you well informed and always on time. Carers are allocated to the client so get to know the person very well and so can recognise if something is not quite right and act on it. All staff have been extremely polite. Cannot fault the service.

J&C carers are one of the best care services around. The management team are very efficient and meets all the needs of my mum. The carers who come and tend to my mum are very caring and go beyond their roles to make sure my mum has everything she needs, and care is met with 100% discretion. They are

The carers on a whole are great, very friendly and professional and provide mum with her needs for washing and changing her with the utmost respect. I get sent a weekly rota which is a great idea as it lets me know the times and who’s coming. Unfortunately, very often it’s not always correct and we
don’t get informed of the changes and have to call the office.

I have been receiving care from J&C Healthcare for 8 months now and can say that the carers and office staff are absolutely amazing. The carers go above and beyond with everything that they do. The carers are more like family to me and really make me feel so happy, seeing their smiling faces in the
morning makes my day. The office staff including managers even come to see me to help with my care. I wouldn't want another company to come and see me.

Since changing to this company, life has been so much easier. The rota arrives on time each week, so we know who is coming on which day. The carers are always on time, and if they are going to be late, ring and let us know. They are pleasant and caring and look after my husband with care. Any queries
we have had, have been dealt with by the office staff, who are always available.

We have found J&C Healthcare to be very reliable and keen to help with all aspects of Mum's care. When she had a fall, the support was excellent, and ongoing help has been flexible. Mum enjoys seeing the girls, and the office is easy to contact and ready to help with any changes in visits or times.
We are happy with the service and have confidence with the running of the team.

Overall, I am very happy with the service. I have regular carers, that tend to my needs and support me with daily tasks. The manager and deputy manager go above and beyond and a no-ask is too much. I feel very comfortable and safe with this company.

I'm a service user, and I'd like to say that I am completely satisfied with the service I get and the carer, who cares for me. It is a pleasure to have her in my home three times a week, with her bubbly personality of cheerful nature; you can't help but be uplifted yourself. She is an absolute tonic.

Dad is very happy with the overall care from J&C Healthcare. One of Dad's main carers always ensures his needs and concerns are taken into account. The service overall is excellent and both Mum and Dad regularly comment that she has become part of the family. Dad never feels that his care is rushed
and feels he is encouraged to stay as independent as possible. Dad feels safe in their care and always looks forward to a good yap! We, as a family, would highly recommend J&C Healthcare to all family and friends.
