All the staff give excellent service and the two hours they attend my wife take a great load off my shoulders. Especially in getting her up from and going back to bed. One carer in particular takes small items of cleaning material home and cleans them in her own time.

All the staff give excellent service and the two hours they attend my wife take a great load off my shoulders. Especially in getting her up from and going back to bed. One carer in particular takes small items of cleaning material home and cleans them in her own time.
I would, if possible, change the evening visit to 8.30 pm as 9.30 pm is a bit late for our meal. You can see from the service as listed below is excellent. I am entirely satisfied.

A good quality service. The carer is reliable and always arrives at the specified time. She has built up a very good rapport with my husband who is pleased to see her each time. As he has dementia it is extremely helpful to have the consistency of the same carer apart from days off when he is cared for by a familiar face. he is cared for patiently, kindly and is showered and dressed extremely well. The carer always goes the extra mile to ensure he is comfortable and not used in any way. Communication with management is good. Messages are responded to promptly and resolution is found for any concerns.

I have worked in Health & Social Care since 2007 and have gained qualifications in the following: NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care, NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care, FdA Health & Social Care, BA (Hons) Health & applied Social Studies.
At home, I live with my husband David and between us, we have five children as well as our cat, Hetty. I love to cook, read, watch Football and Formula 1, spend time with my family and I am passionate about travelling. We’ve had some lovely holidays but one of my favourites to date was travelling the length of Vietnam from Ho Chi Minh in the South to Hanoi in the North.
