I have worked in a franchised business for 19 years running multiple fast-food restaurants and leading a team of 500+employees. I recently made the decision to join Caremark due to my keen interest in customer service and passion for giving back to the community. The Caremark company values are paramount to me and I aim to provide the highest quality of home care and support to those who are in need while they choose to remain within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
As a Managing Director, my goal is to employ and train staff with the critical skills they need to provide the best customer care. I believe allowing my team to develop and grow with the business will automatically convert them into happy customers. You can’t pour from an empty cup, especially as a caregiver therefore it is my responsibility to take care of my staff’s well-being as well as my customers and build a better community for all.

I have been in the care industry since I was 16, and have always enjoyed giving back to people. I have been in various roles, including supervisor, health and safety advisor, trainer, and manager. I have a vast amount of knowledge to ensure standards are met and people are kept safe.
My passion is providing excellent person-centred care to people making them feel valued and empowered, whilst maintaining their independence within their own homes.
I want only the best and highest standards of care for people, and believe that having a good team, open communication, honesty, and respect is an important part of achieving this.
I love working in care as seeing people achieve and maintain their independence, makes it all worthwhile as I know that even the smallest things have made a difference to that person.

I have experience working with people with Dementia and Parkinson's, Learning Disabilities and believe that people can stay at home and maintain their independence for as long as possible.
