When my Mum came home from from a 4 month stay in hospital I came across Heart Of Gold Homecare Ltd. Since then they have been coming to her every week and we have nothing but praise for them. The office team were very efficient and polite and sorted out what Mum needed straight away. It is the same
2 ladies who come so Mum doesn't have to get used to new people every week. Mum describes them as "really lovely, kind and caring and they do a wonderful job". They are always on time but if they think they may be only 5 minutes late they will ring to say so. Mum says she feels like she has been treated "like one of the family with all involved and I look forward to their visits" We both would highly recommend Heart of Gold.

To the manager and all the staff that so caringly looked after my dear husband,
He didn't have a good life these last 2 years, but each time Hearts of Gold came you brightened up his day. The banter that went on with him and his carers, it was hilarious. It was so nice to hear him laughing.
I know
he wasn't easy to get on with at times, but at the end of the day we really didn't know what he was going through.
You looked after him so well. I've nothing but praise for you all, he was in the best hands ever
You really have Hearts of Gold.
