Overall Experience

The team have done a fantastic job looking after my dad. He needed 24/7 care after his health deteriorated quite quickly. They were very quick to help us with this care need, offering flexible care straight away, They accompanied us to various medical appointments when we needed additional help with

mobility. The support around the home was excellent with everything always kept clean and tidy. Communication has always been excellent and I would definitely recommend.

Overall Experience

Rynes Healthcare have been providing care services for my mother for 3 months. They are extremely professional and very intuitive to our needs. Offering flexible care as and when requested. Would recommend this agency!

Overall Experience

This company is wonderful. We phoned the company one day and the very next day the manager turned up. She was caring and attentive and listened to the care needs for our mother. The manager carried out an initial assessment and spent time getting to know our mum which was helpful for them both and the

bond building. They are caring, take their time and are very polite, it made us feel at ease that we were in very good caring hands and from the get-go the service has been outstanding, we are grateful to have found Rynes Healthcare Ltd and the excellent service they provide.

Overall Experience

Never misses a session - always on time. Always happy and cheerful. Always enquires after me, my family and my friends - very thorough in carrying out her agreed tasks. It's not just what she does but also how she does it... gently, caringly and thoroughly - never rushing but seems to have all the

time in the world! Always tidies up and makes sure she leaves me in an orderly environment. Always asks if there is anything else I'd like her to do before she leaves.
