Guardian Angel Carers Lincoln & Newark

We were lucky to find Guardian Angels and they have provided us with peace of mind.

Following a fall in September resulting in my father-in-law being admitted to hospital due to a fractured shoulder, we realised we needed to engage outside carers for his personal needs and help and reassurance for his wife. As we live an hour and a half away it was totally impossible for us to help with daily needs so we were extremely relieved to come across Guardian Angel Carers. He was assessed personally in the hospital and a home assessment was also carried out to make sure he got the correct level of care. This company literally were a godsend for us. In all of our dealings, they are reliable, professional and caring. Now that he no longer needs personal care we have transferred over to home support. It’s such a relief to know that they are getting the help that they need not only with household chores but assistance and supervision to transport them to medical appointments etc. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

All staff are caring, polite, always cheerful, helpful and nothing seems too much trouble. Really nice people, no complaints at all. I think we were lucky to have found Guardian Angel Carers Lincoln & Newark. It has been a great help for my wife and made life easier for me.

Guardian Angels are reliable, friendly and punctual. They keep us fully informed at all times and behave both courteously and professionally. The carers and management are always available and return calls punctually. I feel my mother is in very safe and competent hands.

This was a big step for Mum to accept that she needed a little more support and companionship, other than from family. She says that all the carers are lovely! Always very helpful and accommodating. Look after both my father's and his wife's differing needs. Have got to know both my father and his wife in a short space of time and am happy to share a joke with them.

So far an efficient service, eager to please and organised. Mum loves to chat and laugh with the carers and enjoys their delicious food. They also take her for a lovely walk which is so good for her. I personally feel connected to Guardian Angels which makes me feel reassured that they are doing their utmost for my wonderful Mum and her husband. Thank you for all you are doing to help Mum and her husband live in their own home for as long as possible.
