Compact Personnel Ltd

I am a client of Compact Personnel. Compact Personnel has been providing my care from September 2022 to the present. I live alone and require x4 calls a day which has been provided by them. To date, I have not had any major issues with the care that they provide to me. I have 2x consistent carers who always attend to me although I need a 1:1 carer per time when one is off I always get the same carer. I have only had one missed call. Their carers always attend on time and when they are running late they always make sure that they call me or their manager who will notify me on time so that I do not get anxious. I have to say I am from an ethnic minority background and I really feel supported and listened to. Their carers go the extra mile to ensure my needs are met at all times.

My mum has dementia and I needed professional help to care for her and to give me some free time. Compact Personnel were first to answer my ad and an appointment was made to visit my mum and me within 48 hours. I am and was impressed with their thoroughness and openness to our needs and my mum is also happy and content with the care and attention are given. As my mum needs progress, I hope to add more hours to keep my mum comfortable and safe. They are like family members now and highly recommend their services.
