Live In Care for private clients range from £850.00 to £1250.00 depending on the client's needs.
We provide domiciliary services to private clients as well
Fees are also charges in line with the assessed needs and additionally tailor-made to the client's needs
Fees: range from £24.00 to £26.00 per hour

Sleep-in is a flat rate of £100.00 per night
Clients will be involved in the assessment process ton inform decision making on the services to be provided plus we understand that families know each other well and this will provide us with accurate information. The information gathered will shape the care plan of the client which a centre to service provision.

I am a client of Compact Personnel. Compact Personnel has been providing my care from September 2022 to the present. I live alone and require x4 calls a day which has been provided by them. To date, I have not had any major issues with the care that they provide to me. I have 2x consistent carers...
I am a client of Compact Personnel. Compact Personnel has been providing my care from September 2022 to the present. I live alone and require x4 calls a day which has been provided by them. To date, I have not had any major issues with the care that they provide to me. I have 2x consistent carers who always attend to me although I need a 1:1 carer per time when one is off I always get the same carer. I have only had one missed call. Their carers always attend on time and when they are running late they always make sure that they call me or their manager who will notify me on time so that I do not get anxious. I have to say I am from an ethnic minority background and I really feel supported and listened to. Their carers go the extra mile to ensure my needs are met at all times.

My mum has dementia and I needed professional help to care for her and to give me some free time. Compact Personnel were first to answer my ad and an appointment was made to visit my mum and me within 48 hours. I am and was impressed with their thoroughness and openness to our needs and my mum is also happy and content with the care and attention are given. As my mum needs progress, I hope to add more hours to keep my mum comfortable and safe. They are like family members now and highly recommend their services.
